Expanding workout routine- Advice Please

Hello all, its been awhile since I have posted on here. I recently had a long lapse in my PE'ing because of outside obligations and school. But with the summer, I decided to begin again. I started with just a few weeks of conditioning to get back in the flow of things. For the last four weeks I have followed this routine:
10min Warm-Up
Stretches as described in JPs newbie routine
150 reps with PJ
5 Uli's with 15 second hold
5 Horse's with 15 second hold
10min Warm Down with Kegel's

To increase effectiveness, I have been stopping and coming to an 80% or slightly higher erection level whenever necessary (usually every 25-30 reps)

To be honest, I am having my most success with PE yet. I haven't measured yet, due to losing my ruler, but I am sure I have gained in this short time. Other than that, the frequency and quality of erections has drastically improved. My erections are harder and fuller than ever before. My flaccid hang has more weight and looks healthier than it has before. My sex drive has also increased. Other than some blood spots on the head and shaft, all results have been incredibly positive.

I feel after 4 weeks, and with these results, it is time to expand my workout and I was looking for advice. I have started doing a bit of stretching each time I do to the restroom. In addition, here are the changes I am considering:
1.) 3-part dry jelqs with the stretching in the bathroom
2.) 50 addition reps with PJ for a total of 200
3.) Increasing the hold of Uli's and Horse's by 5 seconds, for a total of 20

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

It looks like you have this pretty well under control Artemis. I think that the dry jelqs are the most feasible for quick bathroom trips. They don't require any preparation (i.e. lube, warmup, etc.).

Artemis, this looks good but I would add that the blood spots on the head and shaft could be because you are not conditioned enough. The Uli's and Horses are very intense workouts and they are most likely where the spots are coming from. I would suggest laying off of them for a bit and get more conditioned, doing stretches and Jelq's, then add them back into your routine later.

Spots are good......I love spots (as long as they are gone by the next day). Lets me know I am getting max expansion.......Bring on the spots!!!!!

Maybe so, but I am a little more cautious I guess. Especially when advice is given to other members and it looks like Artemis had taken some time off. So he may not be quite ready for the intensity of horses and uli's.

I agree with the "taking it a little slower" approach. I would say to add the 3 part dry jelqs for some added girth. The dry jelqs are amazing for girth work! But try to get a little more conditioning.

I thought the same thing about the spots initially. But usually, they were almost gone by the end of the day. I do my workouts in the morning, and by bed time, the spots had usually disappeared.

Thats good, the spots are usually common among newbs who have done some strenuous routines, or advanced exercises. But there are many who have F'n red spots every time they do a session. I wouldnt worry too much about the spots unless they get to a dark red colour.

It probably wouldnt hurt. You know the body adapts to certain exercises when performed for too long. Give it a good switcharoo.

The spots never turn a dark red, just your typical, light red or purple like any normal bruising. I have not been to concerned with them as the disappear so quickly.

On a side note of expanding the routine, I am heavily considering a penimaster extender device. I have a couple of concerns though:
1. I am concerned about slippage. I have lots of slippage from time to time with manual jelqing, and it seems that it may become more of an issue with such high tension. Is the slippage with this device very troublesome, or are there easy fixes?

2. I only have about an hour a day that I could contribute to wearing the device (sometimes more) and I know that the website says it should be worn for an average of three hours. Would an hour a day be better than nothing? Or should I save the money and continue with manual stretches alone?

Well, as far as the slipping goes, all you need to do is keep the latex bands cleaned, and your dick clean. Wash them both before you first put it on and I promise that there will be NO slipping. To keep the bands from decaying or getting the wear and tear effect wash the bands after every use. Hot water does the trick for me. I rinse it before I would put it on and then afterwards.

2. It is really worth it if you can wear it in any of your free time. I really liked the thing, and had some gains while I was using it. Keep up with the manual stretching though, nothing beats the manual stretching.
