thats awsome, i wish i had a girl to bone on a constant basis. but doing random girls is alright to, i just have to get checked more often... I think im going to by the PM device in about a month once i save up some money, but for right now ill keep using my home made autoads. Slick let us know when you getthat extra 1/4" in 4 weeks.

Hey, i have a question and suggestions would be helpfull.
my routine is not very consistent, meaning i dont because i cant do a specific routine 5 days a week so i compromise. i try to get at least 5, if not 6 days a week with at least 30-45 min of jelqing and a nice warm up and warm down. some times i have a good hour and a half to get a good workout, sometimes its only 20 min. but i am constantly tugging throughout the day and trying to wear my home made ADS system as much as possible. Does anyone think, this type of not consistent excercise is a waste of time? suggestions?

I don't think so because I tug whenever I get the opportunity and wear my ADS also (when I get some privacy)... I think a good routine is great and every little bit of tuggin helps.

ive changed my mind about my goal. I Want a 8 incher. 7.5 is good but just like any other i know ill want to make it longer later. and there is no stoppin me till i get there.

just an update, been using a new and improved ADS system. its a cable clamp with two holes in the sides for bungee cord hooks, then a dog collar wraped around either above or below the knee, below the knee with 2 mini cords or above with 1 cord and a sock around the cock for the pressure releif, it works great. i got the idea from sickdogg. he has tons of good info.

its been a while since my last post and i found out some thngs this month while peing as usual and going through past threads. i have been measuring girth wrong. i was just using a tape measure instead of a strip of paper and marking it and placing it next to a ruler. so my current
EG: 5 3/8"
EL: 7"
not far off from 5.5" in girth but it only will make me work harder for my gains to get back to what i though i had. i have been wearing my homemade ads system now for almost a month and flacid looks are really improving.

That's not actually wrong. I do it that way because I don't have a regular tape measure. Even so, measuring with a piece of paper would be less likely to exagerate your measurement because 1) it doesn't stretch at all and 2) if you have a thick tape measure, the girth measurement will appear larger than it really is because the thickness of the tape (however small) gets added to your penis' apparent diameter and you get an overestimation.

just took measurements and beleive my homemade ads system is working.
BPEL: 7.125" .125" gain
EG: 5.25-5.5" not exactly sure.

I just read Brock's post about taking time off and i was wondering if i should still be using my ADS system while taking that time off or should i completely stop any form of PE?

It is law, according to JP, that you can still stretch on days off. But if you are taking an extended two week recovery break (also helps to spark gains) then i would say refrain from everything except kegels and sex/alone-happy time.

I took two solid weeks off after two straight months of work in Late august/early sept and i gained another quarter of an inch. Ask JonPop, he'll tell ya bout those two weeks.

Does it sound reasonable to only wear my ads system for 1-2 hours a day and thats it. No jelqing, manual stretching or clamping or anything. That wont do much harm would it?

PE has become addicting and i find myself sometimes stretching without even noticing. Does anyone else have that problem?

Any amount of PE you can do is positive. Gains may be slower but gains are gains and better than doing nothing. I know a couple of guys figure it's all or nothing and if you can't give it your all then why bother. I beleive even a little bit keeps you in a routine that is easily expanded on.

a) readjusting it in my pants cuz its gotten bigger and hangs more flaccid
b) doing kegels

Hey guys, just received the PM in the mail and after 45 minutes or so of trying to figure out how it works, i got it to the correct settingsand im good to go. i plan on wearing it for at least 3 hours every day. I want to get to 8" X6" by june. thats about 4 months. think with persistance i should get there. hopefully the PM will correct my slight curve as well.

Yeah the PM helps with slight curves. It just takes a good while. Mine took about 8 months and wearing my cock on the other side every day before it started to go away. Erect bends work to. I find this helps too:

Get hard while your dick is tucked to the side opposite the curve.
Start to do some kegals. Your dick has to fight the curve and your pants/boxers on it to get a great kegal work out. This is the only way I like to do my kegels. Theyre intense.

well, today was the first day i was able to wear the PM for a long period of time. at least 5 hours today and my flacid length feels great. I also noticed that in the morning when i put it on, it was quite hard to stretch to putthe 2 metal rods into the platic peice but the last 1 hour session at the end of the day was very easy to put on. anyone else ever notice this?
