Current Stats:
BPEL: 6.5"
EG: 5.125"

Goals:
BPEL: 7.5"
EG: 6" Anything more and that would be fucking awsome.
Current Workout:
10 min warmup
25 kegel streches in each direction (about 10 min)
15 Min Jelq Devise
7 min warmdown

Ive been switching up my program week to week and i like this one the best and will stick with it for another 6 weeks straight then move to advanced moves as it will have been more than 3 months or solid PEing.

Looks fine. Just add as much stretching as possible and add girth work as you get more conditioned.

I woud say the same thing as Kdub, just dont go crazy with the routine. Switch it up every so often.

its been 18 days since my last measuring and things are still looking the same. I still am not going to give up. I have untill november before my trip to south america so almost 3 more months to gain another .75" in girth and 1" in length. i hope i can do it

just a quick update, i didnt take good measures but i was doing a my usuall 5 min dry jelqs throughout the day and decied to measure for girth. 5.375" an .125 increas in little less than a month. im pretty stoked.

Hey, another quick update, i will be leaving in 10 days on my adventure to south america. everything is looking good. Not only gains but my veins are looking really good. i will give a final measure before i leave. buti havent measured since 9-20 so well see what happende in almost 2 months

hey guys, its been a month since my last post here. updated stats:
BPEL:7" .125" gain
EG: 5.5" no gain
i need a good girth rourine about 30 min a day. hopefully i would be able to do it twice a day. I stretch just about all day, thats why ive been seeing some better results with length.

Hey Bigdz, go back and do my Newbie rourine. It takes about 30 minutes and is a very good rourine for girth.
