Thumbs up LeeStone Progress

Currently 6.5 EL x 5.5 EG

I have been doing PE for awhile now. Possibly 2 years back. Somewhere during this time I stopped for 2 weeks and started again. When I restarted it was the first time I got the newbie spots which led me to believe I was working out too lightly previously. Since then, maybe 6+ months, I think I have improved and benefited from my workouts. I currently, and for awhile, do 5 on 2 off for upto an hour each evening. Half hour stretching, half jelg. I got the jelq device maybe 2 months ago and have been using it half of the workout. I didn't really like it much but then I guess I got used to it. I dropped it about 2 weeks ago - I now stretch about 90% of the time and try to do horses or uli's the rest since it's hard for me to keep the erection while doing them and tough on my hands. I actually think I lost a little girth after dropping the jelq device but it seems like my length is improving. All throughout I probably gained 1/2 inch in length, but not sure about the girth. Well, just felt like starting this thread and goodluck guys.

Good to hear from you again Lee and glad to hear you are still at it. I know it's hard sometimes to keep that consistant erection % for girth work. For you I don't think age is the factor because you got to be only 19 now so you should be ready to go however if you are doing everthing at the end of the day you might be just "too pooped to party" if you know what I'm saying. You might want to see if you can hit girth in the morning, that's what I have to do. You've been around a while so I think you probably got a good handle on things, good luck to you Lee and keep at it.

Hey Lee you may want to try some L-Argenine. Since I started using it I've had no erection problems. Well...Except that I'm too "plump" when I stretch.

thanks for the replies, got a couple of things . . . baby powder is great for stretching, so much better than just your slippery hands. Also, I've read that people are getting good girth gains and in general girth gains are easier. I'm wondering if there's a decent workout to hit girth. I'm not asking for a miracle or get-big-quick thing...I mean I don't spend much time on girth, especially now. I think Uli's and horses make the most sense but i'd appreciate some advice on girth excercises and what is a good amount of time to put into them.

Try jelqing at a 70 - 80% erection..thats what I've been doing and my girlfreind says i feel bigger just about every week.

mad happy, measured today, broke 6.5 EL. Length seems to be going very well these past few weeks. I was also doing this stretch last night and i really felt like i was really stretching my penis by a few millimeters. I wanted to make sure it wasn't skin I was stretching so I made sure...I took my penis in my hand with the OK grip palm up on the shaft and basically took the web of my other hand and pushed down on the middle of my penis palm down. Basically trying to stretch my upper half of the shaft. I really felt it, not like anything else really. Also, I can only do it with one hand variation (left hand pulling,,,), hard to switch for me.
