Sidecasper2004's Progress Tracking

Hello everyone!! I just started out in PE. I've been lurking the forums for quite a while now and decided i should give it a go too.

I'm going for 5 days 2 day off with the newbie routine.

My Actual stats are:

(Please note that in my country i measure with Centimeters, so i use a measure converter to see how much it is in inches...)

BPEL: 15 cm / 5.85 inches
BPFS:19 cm / 7.41 inches
EG : 4 cm / 1.56 inches ( i measured with a straight ruler, can't find the "tape" kind yet. I know it's innacurate this way but just wanted to give the info anway...)

My goals are :

BPEL : 20 cm / 7.8 Inches
EG : 5.5 cm / 1.95 inches (again, measuring with a straight ruler)

I have plenty of free time so i'll never have a problem with doing these exercises periodically.
I'll be doing them for 3 months, if i see any gains and realise that all this is real i'll keep doing them more.

When should i start with a more advanced routine? after 6 weeks?
If i have too much stretch in the flaccid state... will i have a spongy dick?

Yes, go at least 6 weeks on the Newbie routine before jumping into anything else.

Stretching is probably one of the safest PE excersises you can do, and not to sure what you mean by a spongy dick. But stretch when you get the chance.

Stretching is very important if you want that length gain. I dont think that you will be getting a spongy dick though. And welcome to the forum, hope we can help you with your goals.

Your conversion is a little off sidecasper.

1 inch = 2.54 cm

Just use a some string or something then mark it and measure it on your ruler.

The problem is that im noticing that i have more foreskin now, and when i get erections my dick is hard inside but is a little soft now.

I haven't got a clue what you are saying

I too am not circumsised and yes I too have some extra skin from my time in PE but I have no problem with how hard my penis gets. As long as you are still getting hard, you're okay.

Well i still get really hard. I'll give you an example... if you are fat and do 500 abs workouts everyday, you'll have hard abs, but the fat is still there, get it?.

I'm not fat tho, I'm just giving an example :) .

Well, there's really nothing you can do about the extra skin. I might think that the girls would like a little more skin going in their GINA's.

I don't have that MUCH noticeable fat, just a very little bit, but it still feels less hard with it, it's like a cushion in a wall!.

Just finished The first week PEing, it's feeling great.

I really wouldnt worry about the skin issue, because your not going to have much luck correcting skin problems like that. Thats great to hear that your PE

But this skin problem just started two weeks ago, when i was Masturbating and did it for 30 minutes, it ended up all Fat that it scared the hell outta me. Then it started to get more to normal but now it seems that a little bit of swelling is still there, that might be the extra tissue problem.

I just can't believe it, i've been doing PE exercises for 11 days and my GF already said "It's bigger" right before an excellent blowjob. I never felt so hard in there, it was rock hard! veins popping out and everything. This is definitely working!

Im not going to measure any time soon, i think i better do that when i complete two months.

But i know i will measure anyway by the end of the first month lol, hopefully i'll control myself.

I'm so glad i found this site!

(i know gains will come slower later, but it's better than not gaining anything at all)

Ok guys, this is not a happy update :(.

I was doing my reg workout today and found out that if i kegel before each rep of jelq, the blood pressure is higher. I thought that was a good thing and did it in each rep. The result is: Some kind of fluid build up like the one i had before (only smaller) but this time it looks like it's filled with blood (it didn't look red before).
I put too much pressure on the glans and sent too much blood to my dick (i did 5 or 6 reps in full erection too, im sorry :( ) in the link below it's a video of the fluid build up i have now (yes i have a high end videocamera. i'll post before and after VIDEOS in about a year probably):


Edit : Fuck now i noticed there's a vein that's still purple in the back of my dick leading to the glans, could that be a trombosed vein or a blood clot?

I looked at the video and I'm not sure this has anything to do with Kegeling while jelqing. No fluid should actually leave the corpora cavernosa when you Kegel and it looks like in your video that the skin is all puffy. It could be caused by a ruptured blood vessel under the skin. Have a doctor check it out.

BTW, thrombosed vein = blood clot.

But oddly enough after a 7 hours sleep the puffy skin is all gone and it looks normal again, should i go to the doctor still?

I wasn't refering to precum. The corpora cavernosa is the shaft of the penis underneath the skin. I was refering to the fluid you had under the skin but outside of the corpora cavernosa. That's not normal.

I get that once in a while as well and I'm not circumsised like yourself sidecasper, nothing to get stressed about. Like you noticed it goes away and is all part of the process. Do not, I repeat DO NOT turn down any sex!!!!! That would be a problem.

I'm not cimcumsised SonicCelt, it's just that i lowered the skin so you guys could get a better glance at my problem.

Anyway i had great sex today and didn't feel any pain at all, and it even looks normal again, hopefully nothing bad happens in the next days. I'll rest from PE for a week now.
