Routine question??
Any comments on this routine idea.

Mon tues light duty with the PM . 6 to 7 hours split between am & pm

wed go heavy with the PM. 3 to 4 hours heavy tension am & pm

thur fri light

sat heavy

Any suggestions or comments??

This sounds alright, try it out for a couple of weeks and see how you like it. Nothing wrong with experimenting.
