| Enlargement Supplements??? Hello there
I've just joined this forum, and i was wondering if enlargement pills really do help with enlargeing your penis? Or do they work best when combining them along these penis enlargement exercises?
Thanks |

| Pills are just snake oil. Don't waste one penny on them. Besides they contain many of the same ingredients listed in the supplements section of the newbie routine and you can buy those things much cheaper separately.

| Hey I have a question. Do you think it is absolutely imperitive that you take the supplements in order to get gains? I do take them, but sometimes I forget. Just curious as to what you veterans think.

| Want8. When I sat down to write the Newbie Routine, I wanted to include a section on supplements for this reason;
When I wrote that, I was kinda leaning toward the idea that most of the Newbies reading it would be in the 18 to 25 year old age bracket. Most young people and even many older adults do not receive the vitamins they need in their daily diet. Processed foods are a killer of vitamins. Grab a box, heat it up, throw a TV dinner in the microwave, eat and run. Grab a burger while you are out.
The days of home cooked meals from scratch, are ending. Even when there is time to sit down with the family for a meal, most of the time it's take out. So I was going under the assumption that (most) young people are vitamin depleted. Even if you try and eat healthy, the ingredients that you buy are processed in ways to preserve shelf life, retain freshness until sold, or full of additives that are devoid of the essential B complexes, as these are a very fragile vitamin. As I stated in my Newbie routine, "Take these supplements for the full 90 day program and you will feel your overall health improve." This is a given.
If you are going to do any kinds of exercise, you need the building blocks of good supplements to further the development of muscle, soft tissue, ligaments and good circulation.
Hence the recommendation for the Multi-Vitamins, the Super B complex and Zinc. The L-Arginine and L-Lysine are described as follows; L-Arginine - An important amino acid abundant in protamines and histones, these are proteins associated with nucleic acids. L-arginine is used by the immune system to help regulate the activity of the thymus gland, which is responsible for manufacturing T lymphocytes. (These are the T-cells, the basis of the immune system). In the pancreas it is used to release insulin. It is important in liver health and assists in neutralizing ammonia in the liver. It is also involved in the production of skin and connective tissue, making it important for the healing and repair of soft tissue, the formation of collagen and in the building of new bone and tendons.
It is helpful with weight control since it facilitates the increase of muscle mass, while reducing body fat. L-Arginine also creates nitric oxide in the human body (nitric oxide is one of the most essential substances which influence sexual function in both men and women), and helps to improve circulation. As a supplement, it is being utilized not only to increase HGH, has positive effects on heart disease symptoms, is a proven to boost muscle growth, improves wound healing, combats fatigue, stimulates the immune system, cure impotences, and fight cancer.
The effects of Arginine supplementation include increased fat burning and muscle building, enhanced immunity, and improving erectile function in men.
Arginine is in most 'natural Viagra ' formulations.
Arginine appears to increase HGH levels by blocking the secretions of growth hormone inhibitor Somatostatin.
Arginine has been used by millions of athletes over the past 20 years to enhance production of HGH.
Arginine works even into old age, with one European study showing that it boosted blood levels of HGH to three times the level seen in their age group.
Vasodilation is a second valuable asset. Arginine’s effects in this area occur after enzymes transform it into nitric oxide ( not Nitrous Oxide! ) or NO, a messenger gas that travels easily from cell to cell.
Nitric Oxide is a compound that relaxes blood vessels, it helps keep arteries flexible and boosts blood flow. L-Lysine - An essential amino acid (a protein building block) that cannot be produced by the body from other nutrients. It helps ensure adequate absorption of calcium and the formation of collagen for bone, cartilage and connective tissue. Lysine strengthens circulation and helps the immune system manufacture antibodies. It also helps control the body's acid/alkaline balance, influences the pineal and mammary glands and plays a role in gallbladder function. It is necessary for all amino acid assimilation and assists in the storage of fats.
Lysine supplementation increases the absorption of calcium and may reduce its excretion. As a result, some researchers believe that lysine may eventually be shown to have a role in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
Lysine works with other essential amino acids to maintain growth, lean body mass, and the body’s store of nitrogen.

| I know this is an old post but l-arginine got banned in some countries including Canada, mostly because if you had a heart attack or heart diseases, arginine will make it worst, other than that you are safe and L-lysine taken at the same time with l-arginine is counter productive, they firght for the same receptors so they kill each other however, try to get your L-Lysine and "NOT L" arginine, thats the combination! or L-arginine and regular Lysine(NOT L-Lysine).
I just started doing PE 3 weeks ago, no gains yet but i started with a super tough routine, now im doing the newbie(one week) and my arginine should come in the mail anytime, i did a lot of research before ordering it.
Hope this helps ppl. |

| Yes juicy this has been discussed. Of course you can take L arginine seperately from L lysine, eg one morning ,one night.
Waiting for creatine to be banned, because crazy people are taking excessive amounts and straining their kidneys. |

| I've also found that aminoacids work better when on empty stomach, so you gotta take it either before bed or 1 hour after you ate or 2 hours before eating something again. |

| Super B complex for those taking it:
It works better if you take it after a light meal, not recomendable to be taken on empty stomach neither following a heavy in fat meal(fast food or deep fried shit). |

| Zinc and Multivitamins: Do work basically same as B Complex, do not take them on empty stomach but not after a heavy meal, take them at the same time every day so your body gets a routine as well, remember each pill lasts 24hrs(is not true but think it that way so you get organized).
Hope all this info helps, ill keep searching for more knowledge to share here. |
