| Stingrays massacred In Australia, 10 stingrays were found sliced and diced, possibly as revenge for Steve Irwin's untimely demise. It's a shame, I'm sure Steve would never want this, he loved animals so much. http://www.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/asiapc....ap/index.html

We live in a rural area and the price of regular at the local station is $2.75/gal and we live in California. Gas hasn't been that cheap in years around here it seems. After the election I bet it'll go back up to $3.45/gal.

| We pay $3.00 per gallon of gas in NYS. We all bitch and complain about the price of gas. We all blame the oil producers, the war, other countries the reasons go on and on. The bottom line is it is our own Government that is really to blame, the Gov. make more money from the taxes they get than the oil companies make, and they make billions of $$$ per year from sales. With that in mind how can the prices go down? The
Gov. is a very hungry monster that loves to eat our tax dollars.
We the American consumer are really stupid, why? Bottled water, yep, bottled water.
Here in NY we pay $1.25 for a 20 ounce bottle of water.
There are 128 ounces per gallon.
20 oz serving goes into 128 oz. 6.4 times.
6.4 x $1.25 = $8.00 per gallon, for freakin' water
$3.00 for a gallon of gas and $8.00 for a gallon of water what is up with that? The earth is 70% water. Right I know we can't drink ocean water, wrong, we can there are many ways of processing ocean water for human consumption.
For the record, I drink 2-4 bottles per day and I vote, I would love to get some good Government Officals in office. I think that is the only way we can slay the monster with such a huge appitite for our tax dollars.
Please vote, November is just around the corner. Even if there are no good candidates to vote for vote for the least evil of them. Those who appose the new Viet Nam War and is 180% different from Dubya wins my vote.

Why can't the military or border patrol shoot people who trespass on Uncle Sam's property? WTF!?!?!

| What about the water issue? Doesn't that bug anybody?
Quote "If someone trespasses on your property, you have the right to shoot them right? Why can't the military or border patrol shoot people who trespass on Uncle Sam's property? WTF!?!?!"End of quote
Here in NY we can't shoot people who tresspass, we can't even defend ourselves without getting arrested, we have to waite for the cops to come and save us. But I would rater be judged by 12 than carried by six.

This is the reason why he is against enforcing border security... and to think that we're all supposed to have this in place by 2010. http://blue.butler.edu/~dgaking/info/nau/index.html |

| Who believes the Republicans will retain Congress and who believes the Democrats will actually regain it in the November elections?

| The scary thing about the whole North American Union thing is that it is being drafted and things are put into motion with out congressional knowledge or consent. This idea is being railroaded thru with agreements between the US, Mexico, and Canada being negotiated without ever telling citizens of the plan. |

The Democrats need to win almost every competitive Senate seat to do so.

It may be able to compete with America economically, but that's it. A supranational confederation with 20 (yes, 20!) official languages will never be able to form a unified opposition to the United States.

I find it hard to beleive that a person like bush could get elected in the first place " I mean steal the election, then get voted in" I can only hope that anybody who supports dubya will get voted out of office.
It will take us many, many years to undo the damage he and his stooges have caused.
I feel that it is piss poor that if you don't agree with "W" you are unAmerican or on the side of the evildoers "what ever to fuck they are"
I think "W" would be funny if he wasn't so damned dangerous, never heard anybody make up words the way he does, and he is the leader of the most powerful nation the world has ever known. Don't know about you but he scares the fuck out of me.

Bush may wear Western clothes and all, but he's still a fundamentalist and not much different than Osama in that regard.

| I agree with you 100% Überschwanz I feel he is a terrorist too, one difference though, "W" is responsible for more deaths than Osama. I wonder how many in all?
I wonder how America will recieve bush after he is out of office? Will anybody trust him enough to do business with him? Will anybody want to do business with him? How will he like not having the power to pick and choose the questions that will be asked of him?
It is so sad the we the American people worry more about a guy getting a little head and leaving a cumstain on a blue dress than we are about a crazy man destableizing the world.
Another thing that gets me is when a person says God spoke to them they are labled a schizophrenic but we call him Mr. President.
One thing for sure though, the table is turning and I truly hope people remember who called us unAmerican for speaking our minds and vote those polititions out of office.
