Hey guys,

I have been lurking for several months and learning a bunch from all of you. More than that, I have been encouraged to work on PE seriously. Thanks for what you've given me and looking forward to not being so shy and reclusive.

Beginning Stats (5/19): FL: 4.5"
FG: 4.25"
BPEL: 6.25"
BPEG: 5.125"
Current Stats (9.8): FL: 5"
FG: 4.25"
BPEL: 7"
BPEG: 5.125"
Goals: 8.5 x 6.5

I am currently using both the PM and the PJ. I love them both. My workouts consist of 5x weekly, about 1 hour each. I have been wearing the PM about 4-6 hours daily.

Hey czechitout, welcome to Betterman. You have similar workoutto mine, except that I don't use the pm, I manually stretch. If you need any assistence or anything, we're here to help. Good luck.

Thanks guys for the encouragement. No, I'm only 25% Czech. But 10 you have kept me encouraged reading your posts. Also Kal, good to know that there is someone using my routine. Question for you is how much stretching and what kind. That would interest me in knowing. Would like to add some of them to my routine.

Well czechitout, I'm not currently working out, I'm waiting for my blood-filled blister from the vacumm pressure of the max-vac to heal. Did you ever use the power assist? It is a great device to aid in manual stretching? If you want to add a real killer stretch, the T.O.W. stretch is good. Where you position 1 hand normally behind the glans and pull, and simeltaneously, put the other hand almost on the base and pull towards you. It's really intense.

I came up with these in January and lifted this from the "Advanced Techniques" thread in the "Penis Enlargement" forum.

JP's Tunica Tugs

Take the index and middle fingers and make a ^ pointing down.
Press these against the pubic bone at the base of the shaft and squeeze.
With your other hand, grasp the shaft just behind the glans and as you stretch out, press hard with the ^ back into the pubic bone. Stretch out as hard as you can while pressing back as hard as you can. Squeeze the ^ tight and hold the stretch. Don't release the ^ even if you have to release at the glans. Just re-grip at the glans and stretch again. Hold this stretch as long as you can. You are not stretching the ligs with this exercise, just the tunica.

Thanks for the tips and encouragement. I will begin incorporating your suggestions and looking forward to continued gains. I'll keep posting every couple of months my new stats. I hope to encourage others who are lurking and assure them that PE is achievable.

You know, this foreign language talk made a light go off in my head. Maybe some of the members or guest's we have can't understand English. Maybe we need to start a thread titled, foreign language or title it so they sign in with the language they speak. Sort of like the "All Newbies Sign In" thread.

Thunder's place has a Spanish language forum and all it seems to do is isolate the Spanish speakers from the English speakers. Foreign languages are fun, but only because they open new worlds, not because they allow people to stay separate from one another.

All I was wondering is if some of the people that check us out may not understand what we are saying and maybe can't post due to their language being different. I know we have had some people on here that were from different parts of the world and couldn't speak good English. Just a thought.

I know what you mean want8. With people like that we just have to be more tolerant of their mistakes. It's often said that English speakers have heard so much bad English that they just ignore the mistakes non-native speakers make.

Yea I posted for a couple weeks at Thunder's, in the Spanish only threads. You're right, it does isolate the Spanish speakers from the English speakers.

I am fluent in Spanish and a few others. You're right, it can isolate people from one another. I had noticed that Uber knows German. Great. But I think that for anyone to get what they need out of the forum, all will have to be able to contribute, and, rightly or wrongly, English is the medium at this time.

By the way Kal, I'll try to e-mail you offline in Spanish only sometime.

I agree. There was this Spanish speaker in another forum that didn't know English too well, so he did'nt participate in many threads. There was a Spanish forum, but he and I were practically the only ones.

Hey guys,

Sorry I don't have any pics to post (I'm just so non-tech that I can't figure out how to use my cell phone camera.) However, to unofficially join the competition my new current stats are:

BPEL: 7 1/8"
BPEG: 5 1/4

I haven't had much success sticking to my routine like I did in the summer. But I hope the contest will keep me inspired and encouraged. I'm happy with the continuing gains in length but want to get some good gains in girth.

When I figure out the camera and computer, I will post some pics to encourage others that PE is possible.
