| PE Tournament: Progress Log Hi Guys,
Since I have some time I figure I would start my log. I have had great success in the gym working with a buddy, who gives me that extra push on the last rep.
I wanted to incorporate this into my PE schedule. A few days ago I came on asking for a mentor or PE buddy who would encourage me along the way. Someone mentioned a tourament and so the idea was born. I've beening PEing for years on and off. I would get excited at the begining and make process but then as time past I would get bored and stop. It would be an endless cycle of starting and stopping. I wanted to put a stop to this, and I hope this tourament with the support of its members would encourage me to keep going.
My PE device includes
1. hanger
2. auto extender
3. cable clamps
4. golf weights
5. ace bandage
I am still debating my routine since I get home around 9:30pm maybe 10pm if I go to the gym during weekdays. I plan on doing a 6 day routine, 1 day off.
PM Routine
10 min stretch (A stretch, V stretch, helicopter etc)
12 min jelq
2 set 20 min hanging with 9lbs
10 min jelq in between hanging sets to get the blood flowing again.
AM Routine
10 min stretch
20 min hanging 9lbs
10 jelq
Before I use to say to myself, 9lbs is easy and bump the weights up to boost my ego a little. I am going to stay with 9lbs for 2 months then increase it to 10lbs, then 11lbs and 12lbs as time passes.
During the day, I sometimes wear 3 golf weights to keep my penis in an extended state to prevent turtling. At nights I wear ace bandages to keep it extended as well. Dont worry, its not too tight and I still get night time erections.
Stats
EL: 6.5 - sometimes it seems a little more when Im excited
EG: 5 midshaft
Short Term Goal
EL 7.5
EG: 5.5
Long Term Goal
EL: 8
EG: 6
Any thoughts on my routine and if I can improve it?

| I'm assuming that you have a warmup and warmdown in this workout? You seem to have the right idea and it looks like a good routine that you have established. The only real difficult part now is to maintain it.
If you're already into hanging, it may be beneficial for you to focus on length primarily, and then work on your girth.
As always, listen to the Mods and Admins on this site, they have alot of useful info and they won't lead you wrong. You may want to go ahead and start a progress thread if you haven't already.

| Looks good Superman, that seems like an extensive routine. if you keep that routine going, I don't see how you're NOT going to gain. How many years have you been pe'eing? Did you make any gains? I have almost the same stats as you (6 1/8 x 5), I've been pe'ing for over 2 years. I think the reason why I haven't gained significantly is because of a lack of interest. I have a short attention span, and I didn't stay with the same routine for over a month. I hope to change all this around with this tournament. It'll provide excellent motivation. Just like someone else said, if you lose the tourney, and you still gain, you are a winner.

| I've been peing since 2000 but it was on and off. I was under 6.5 EL and under 5 EG so I have made some gains over this length of time.
I am defintely working on length first, thats is why my routine is focused on hanging. I just have one question for the vets. I am 6.5EL right now is it possible to gain 1inch in 9 months or am I aiming too high? At the end of 9 months I would like to get 7.5 EL if possible. I dont want to set myself up for failure so I figure I would ask this question before the tourament begins. |

| Yes, it is possible. Myself as an example. Once I found a routine and dedicated myself, I gained at least that, in a 9 month period.
But, I got my gains from manual exercises.

| Today kicks off my 9 months journey to a larger penis. I hope to gain ONE inch within this time period for a total of 7.5 inches. I got up early today to start my routine.
10 min jelq
20 min 9lbs BTC Hanging
10 min jelq
20 min 9lbs BTC Hanging
10 min stretch all direction
20 min 9lbs BTCH Hanging
I will be keeping my unit wrapped in ace bandage all day to keep it in an extended state to prevent shrinkage. The total workout time was 2+ hours to complete routine. The routine was tough mentally cause on my last set I just wanted to get it over with. I will be doing the AM and PM sets to breaks things up. It was hard to get an erection after completing my routine due to the stress I just placed on it. From today I will try to keep my ace bandage/golf weights on during the day and bandage at nights to keep it an an extended state always. Wish me luck guys, for my journey begins today. |

| SupermanCK, I really hope that you are warming up in your routine, because you are wanting to do your routine twice a day?? A good warm-up is very much needed so you dont hurt yourself. I even think warming up has helped my growth.

| My warm up consist of the stretches and some message. Im sure you have seen movies where people take a stick and rub it in there hands in hopes to get fire. Well I kinda rub my unit to produce some heat. This consist of my warm up.
I definitely mean business this time. I am tired of the endless cycle of me starting and stopping. I see progress then I stop and I lose it.

| I just finished my AM routine and I just discovered 2 fatal flaws that I think might have prevented me from gaining all these years. After my hanging I would do some jelqs for 10mins to get the blood flowing again. I just did it without a timer and decided to do 150 jelqs instead. When I had myself on the 10min timer I would read PE article. Do you guys feel 150jelq in between hanging is enough? I also do 10 minutes stretches on a timer. I did it without the timer again and I got such a good stretch. With the timer I feel I was rushing myself to keep myself on track, which is not a good thing because it could leave to injury. So henceforth, I will only do hanging with a timer and other PE such as jelq and stretches without a timer.
See some of us has the superman going on. Kal, I just read your progress report. Good Luck on your goal of 7.5 x 5.5. That is my short term goal. |

I would say, if you don't go overboard (like I did) and let your dick get used to the vacuum pressure, it's far superior to any hanging device out there. I own a Bib starter, and after a hanging session my dick looks kinda like it's been through a shredder. Because of blood flow issues, I had to limit sets to 20 min. With the max-vac, there are no blood flow issues. Most of the time, after a session with the max-vac, my penis was as warm as I put it in.

| 9/17/06 I could not do my PM session due to some business I had to take care of out of state. I just came back home and I am exhausted. I just wanted to post this to keep track of days that I will miss during my 9 month PE trek.

| Yes, but you're encompassed in vacuum. Vacuum is what holds your penis into place, and hold the weights on. You don't have to wrap or anything, and once accostomed to the vacuum, you can hang all day without breaking. Sure, the Bib was the superior hanger in it's time. But I believe the max-vac is by far the best, that is, IF one acts responsible while using.

I would still be using it if it weren't for the fact that I probably went overboard. I expected too much too quickly. But when I heal, I plan on doing manual, as I believe you get out of pe what you put in, and (no offense) hanging seems too easy. I think just about everyone invested a small fortune on their cock already. I wish I had all the dinero I wasted on useless pe gadgets over the years.

| I need some input. I was planning on hanging 9lbs for 2 months then move on to 10lbs.After hanging 9lbs for a week for 20 min, 2 PM set and 1 AM set I find this to easy. With 10lbs I feel a good stretch. Should I stick with 9lbs as I had planned then move on to 10 or should I jump to 10lbs right now? |
