| How Much is Too Much? How much jelqs with the jelq device, are enough? I've been told to keep it at around 200 or so jelqs, but I think last year sometime, for a period of 3 or 4 months, I jelqed for over an hour, at around 90% erect, and gained .5 inches. I personally feel the best workout after an hour or so of jelqing, when it really gets your penis fatigued. At the end of the workout your penis feels soft and heavy. Jelqing that long I believe really weakens the tissues to the point of growth. Any thoughts on this?

| I don't know, but I do 200 power jelqs and I feel that works pretty well.

I think jelqing until your penis feels delicate, almost like some sort of dough, really gives a burning workout. I think it attacks the tissues and makes them less resilient over time.

| I'm of the opinion that absolutely clobbering your penis like that might work short term but I think slow and steady is the way to go.. as frustrating as it can be for we slow gainers.
I have tried both and sure it looks monstrous after clobbering the heck out of it but then the next day's workout suffers and it gets worse if you continue. I came to the conclusion that that approach wasn't the best .. for me anyway. |

| I do about 350 pj's per day (when I actually do PE) and follow that with 5 Uli's. By that time, I'm ready to go onto something else. I'm pretty much past trying to get that porn star cock. | I was wondering how many seconds you guys take to jelq from the base to the glans? Quick strokes, or slow?

| Point noted. But I don't think my body responded badly at all, as a .5 inch gain in 3 months isn't negative in the least.

| No, not negative and you are right. See gains in the PE world can be seen from after a couple of months (3-5) but after those gains are made, the next gains will be more difficult to obtain, almost like a plateau. Thats why (change) should take place to get new growth faster. Kal, you should just experiment and see what will happen after those 3 months, because everyone is different.

| Yesterday, I did 250 jelqs and found it took me an 55 minutes. I found that doing it real slowly and methodically was great. The dick was full and heavy and the head greatly enlarged. I'll be doing that though finding 55 minutes just for jelquing will be a challenge.
