I figure it's time to put up or shut up here so I am starting a trackig thread for the contest. I am a day late because I have been waiting for my camera to come in from the US (US postal service sucks the big one, it sat in New Jersey for almost a week and a half) but now it will most likely be here tomorrow. I also had a big Promise Keepers convention the last few days that took up all my time.

After time off to heal my T vein I measured and was still where I left off. My measurements for my start are;

BPEL - 9" (Just over but I want to keep length in 1/4" )
EG midshaft - 6"

That's all we really need here. I won't do base girth because I've got turkey neck from hell so it wouldn't be accurate.

I startred a couple of years ago at about 7 3/4" length and 5" girth. After about 3 or 4 months I was a little over 8" and it's been slow ever since.

I always do girth in the morning. Currently I do 10 to 20 minutes of jelqing followed by 20 minutes of clamping and/or compression squeezes. Evening is all stretching which I do pretty much everthing I can bundled now for 30 minutes to an hour.

That's it, pictures tomorrow hopefully.

Naw Brock, this was from a quote from an unknown source, posted by Rob way back in 2002. This is way before Sonic joined the forum. Besides, Sonic NEVER made any such claims for girth. Go back and re-read post #1.

Tried to take some ruler pics a couple of weekends ago, but didn't get the whole thing in the picture, will get some shots up for the competition this weekend hopefully.

Here are some pictures. I am going to try not to complain about how hard it is to take erect pictures but.........IT IS!!!!! I shot these this morning on my new Canon after I came home from the gym, still kind of rockin' on 50mg's of ephedrine and a leg workout that would have made Tom Platz cry. I will have to post some clamped erect length because these ones are shit. I will post current length routine when I get another couple of minutes Rock.

It's been a little over a month now so time for an update. Life is hectic as I'm sure it is with everyone but I have stepped things up a bit and have gained a smidge in length and girth. I pretty well follow a 6 day on and 1 day off routine, may sound like I am over doing it but sometimes I miss a session here and there due to life so it all works out I think.

My current routine is as follows
Morning is girth, get home from the gym, shower and have at it.
-Jelq, alternate between regular wet jelqs & V jelqs for 10 to 15 minutes.
-Clamp, I do bends for maybe 5 or 10 minutes then I do clamped squashes against a wall for about 15 or 20 minutes. What I do here is while clamped I put my glans on my palm and lean into the wall squashing my penis. After a minute my erection subsides to a level where I really can get some serious expansion. I have only been at this for a couple of weeks but I feel the difference.
-Warm down, wet cloth.

Evening is stretching right before bed.
-I do straight up stretch and hold for about 2 minutes.
-Then while seated I reach behind my leg and grab my "Bundled" penis and pull straight down with my heel of my foot on my gripping hand and toes on the floor letting my foot push down my hand. I do this to the left for a couple of minutes and then to the right for a couple of minutes.
-Next is, while still seated I stretch my "Bundled" penis over my left leg and pread my leg for leverage and tension. Hold that for a couple of minutes and then to the right for a couple of minutes.
-Then I stand and pull straight out with my stretching hand planted on the back of my couch and lean back for a couple of minutes.
-I finish this cycle with a between the cheeks to the right for a couple and then to the left for a couple.
Repeat

This stretching takes about 30 minutes for 2 runs and after that if I have time I dink around with other stretches like blasters a stuff. All my "Bundled" stretches are done with a kettle filled hot water bottle and a moist towel wrapped around it. It's a little hot at the beginning but cools but still warm throughout time period.

That's my routine for now but it may or may not change but seeing as I am seeing progress I beleive I will keep it.

Got more pictures and you can see the sizes. Even got one of "Saskquatch" for JP I also through a NBP erect length and yes I am clamped for the length shots but not for girth (Not that my girth changes that much anyway)

Brock, that is great but I think you made an anatomical mistake when you said that your meatus was 9and 1/8 inches in diameter. The meatus is the eye of the penis, not the circuference of the corona of the glans. I hope you don't mind this correction for the sake of all the others interested in their penises

Sure, bundled is the term used when you twist or rotate your penis and then pull & hold. Depending on length and of course girth you can twist at the glans maybe 1 rotation or 1 1/2 to 2 full rotations and then pull and hold. This is awsome for stretching the tunica.
