OK, perhaps I missed something here but your question doesn't make any sense TD. You're NOT stretching the skin when you stretch, you're stretching the actual penis itself. Yes, the skin will naturally stretch while the penis is stretched but the main focus should be on the penis and not of stretching the skin. The skin will naturally stretch and grow over time but if you're already cut, you're not going to grow another outer layer of foreskin as if you were uncircumcized. That's simply not going to happen. You're not going to have alot of loose skin on your cock either.
