After much delay, I have set up a progress tracking forum.
I have also set up a system where users can upload images to the server to use in their posts for tracking progress.
Please <a href="http://power-jelq.com/contact.shtml" target="_blank">contact</a> me if you would like to be authorized to use the forum. I will send you information on how to upload your images, and give you permission to post in the forum.
Of course, now that I have set it up, no one will use it :D , but hey, what can you do.
