| First post for tournament Hello to all. I have been PEing on and off for the last month and im now taking it serious for the tournament. I have been trying to find the complete rules for it, but cant seem to find it. I just received my Penimaster and Jelq Device with enlargel and im starting my new routine today.
My current stats are as follows
BPEL 8 1/8
BPFL 4 3/8
FG 4 1/2
EG 5 3/4
my goal is a 10/7
For a while I have been overweight and earlier this year I wanted to change the way I look. This march I weighed in at 330 and now im at 275. I lift 4-6 times a week and with all of my results I was wondering if there was a workout for my penis. In late september I did my research and found this site and figured what the heck. Im posting some pics and will post more later. If you guys can help me with the official rules please let me know what they are.
I plan to have a log as well as a weekly mesure and photo book.
As for my routine I will wear the penimaster 4-6 hr a day, but I havent decided on how much gram weight yet.
I will perform 250 jelq with the jelq device
I will also do some manual PE and will post that detailed info later.
I will only do my routune M-F
I will also post my suppliments that I take (vitimans, minerals, and weightlifting supps) later on. |
