If the survey is done with American women then circumcized will win, but if the survey was done with European women then i believe uncircumcized will win.

Whether or not lint balls form is more of a hygene issue than anything else... smegma is what will generally form between the glans and the foreskin. Smegma can be the cause of some odor if good hygene isn't practiced similar to how women can smell downstairs if they don't practice good hygene.
