| well new supporting surface finally arrived for my old PM. this time they replaced it free with the upgraded pivoted surface. i guess its less prone to stress and breakage.
i kept trying to use the new PM but its just not as comfortable to wear and keeps falling off. i finally gave up the last 2 months.
