PM broken supporting surface

Does anyone know if the supporting surface plastic is covered under warranty? mine snapped after 5 months. i sent a email to natures accents but havent heard back yet if its covered.

Every part of the Penimaster is supposed to be covered by the warranty. Do you still have the documentation?

yeah i saved everything but on their webite it says wearing parts not covered including comfort band. they want $95 for a new supporting surface

if its not covered.

natures accents referred me back to manufacturer but havent heard anything either. sent receipt and photo of broken piece by email.

I think you need to contact the German company that manufactures it. Nature's Accents is just a vendor, not a manufacturer.

yeah i went to direct to the manufacturer in Germany, but still havent heard anything.

Found another email address yesterday and emailed them. just got a response this morning that it is covered under warranty. they have 2 parts now, the old model which is replaced free and the new and improved version which costs $74 for existing customers.

the supporting surface cracked again after another 5 months again. that seems to be the one major defect in the design. it develops a stress crack just below where the rod connects to the supporting surface.
Anyone else having this problem?

I had it once and took a picture of it and sent it to them in an e-mail. Got the new one in just a few days. Are you wearing it with too much pressure perhaps? And make sure when you take the PM off you hold it as straight as possible. Meaning, don't let the rods put pressure on the supporting surface sideways. Does that make sense?

I have just ordered my PM yesterday and should be expecting it in about 10 days time. I do hope that the trouble you have mentioned is a one-off incident and not something inherent in the design of the model. The one that Nature's Accents is selling seems to be the PenisMaster not the PeniMaster, so i'll see what is coming out of this venture. I will keep you informed - if it would be of any particular interest!

they redesigned the supporting surface late last year due to the defect but if you bought before then they will replace it with the old design unless you pay $79 for the new upgraded version.

i think its just a defect in the original design, that has since been remedied with the new 2007 version.

ok my old PM supporting surface broke AGAIN. theyt seem to last 3 months with full time use and 6 with part time. i really dont like the new PM so i guess i am ordering replacement parts again.
