GonnaGetBigs Progress

hey all, for those of you who dont know i am a former forum lurker who just signed up. ive been doing this for a little over a year and just got off a 1 month break. i barely got any gains over the past year so i decided to sign up for the extra motivation and advice. ill keep posting any changes in routines and (hopefully) gains. thanks in advance for all u guys help.

ok heres where im at right now:

Starting stats:
BPEL 6.5in
EG 4.25in

Routine:
Morning:
5-10 min stretching
3 sets 3part dry jeq (25 reps per bump)
3 ulis (each done between a set of dry 3part dry jelqs)

evening:
hot shower warm up
10 min stretching
150 wet jelqs (sets of 25)
3 ulis

here are a couple things i am considering:
-starting to clamp after a couple weeks
-wearing a cock ring to keep me from turtling after sessions

thoughts? ideas?

I think you might do yourself better by splitting your stretching & girth as you are doing two sessions a day anyway. If your going to start clamping then start slow and follow Marty's clamping guide. Other than that sounds good, you have a good size to work with.

ok im gonna take sonics advice and do a morning session and a night session. heres the new routine:

as soon as i get up:
20 minutes of stretching
(manual stretches, helicopter shakes...)
wear cock ring (to prevent turtling) 10 min

evening:
200-250 wet jelqs, in sets of 25
5 ulis
wear cock ring (to prevent turtling) 10 min

i want to try to make my own hanging device and to start clamping. maybe in the next few weeks.

thoughts?

turtling is when ure unit gets smaller than its usual flacid hang. this could be bc its cold, from caffene, working out, stress, etc... i get it after a pe session. this isnt good bc from what ive read its supposed to stay 'pumped'.

ok an update on my consistency: ive got my routine now as a stretching routine in the morning and a girth routine in the evening. since starting up again it feels a little fuller although i havent measured, but i doubt there are any serious or permanant gains. this thanksgiving week has been kind of hectic so the sessions havent been to consistant. im cooking thanksgiving dinner today so im not going to even do a session. tomorrow i will def do my 2 routines, take the weekend off and then get back at it hard next week. happy thanksgiving all

I think that is what i have been getting after Power Jelqing it seems to make the flaccid girth shrink but doesnt seem to affect erect girth. though my girth gains seem to have stopped lately.

Chances what you experienced at the onset were "newbie gains". Unfortunately, these taper off after a bit and then you're in the same boat with the rest of us........climbing that uphill climb..........but it's worth it.

ok starting this week im switching to a 2 day on, 1 day off schedule with weekends off (maybe some light stretching). if anyone has seen some of my other posts, im worried that my units getting too fatigued due to me doing 2 pe sessions a day. ive been seeing good results so far, (bigger flacid hang, thicker feeling erections) but when i get one when not peing it takes longer and goes away quickly. im assuming its stressed so im gonna take it a little easier on the lil guy.

I would. This is the very reason I stopped dual sessions per day. Girth in the morning (take advantage of the morning boner) and stretching at night.

ok well here i am at the 1 month mark. i havent measured yet, i think ill do that every three months. ive already seen improvements: my flacid size has definetly grown and my erections are rock hard and feel 'fuller' at times. joining this site was one of the best things ive done for my pe. im gonna keep up the hard work and keep yall posted to anything new

quick question: on off days do you guys do stuff like stretching a little after pissing, kegaling or anything like that. or do you not do anything at all to it? im tempted to pull a little but i dont wanna sabatage my off days

Stretch as much as you want, just don't do any girth work. Kegels anytime.

i am now approaching the 3 month mark since signing up to the site and restarting pe after a 1 month break. i havent measured yet but i plan to at the end of every 3 months.

im thinking of starting to clamp next week. my main pe focus is girth and i have seen the least progress in that area up till now. does anyone have any suggestions for starting with clamping? duration, intensity etc... and does anyone think that i shouldnt start for any reason.

im really anxious to get my girth going and any help from you guys would be much appreciated. thx

my pe resolution for the year was to incorporate clamping into my routine and to hit 7x5 by the end of the year. a goal that i think is pretty attainable. i havent remeasured yet so i dont know if ive made any gains yet.

heres my new routine let me know what yall think:

am session:
10 min hot wrap warm up
100 wet jelqs (2 sets of 50)
2 8 min clamping sessions
become erect and wear cock ring for about 10 min

pm session
hot shower warm up
15 min manual stretching

i stretch many times throughout the day at work when i use the restroom (i drink a ton of water). ive been kind of lazy with the stretching routine, mainly bc i end up doing things in the evening and i dont always have time. the clamping seems to really take it out of my unit. it turtles more and is actually hanging a little smaller than when i was just jelqing. i guess its too soon to tell though, ive only been doing it for 3 days....

ill keep posting updates, let me know if you have any suggestions!!

quick question, ive been clamping for almost two weeks now, is it normal to see a smaller flacid hang, and have a harder time getting/maintaining a rock hard erection?

Classic sign of overwork. This is a common occurence and just means you need to take a few days off from ANY form of PE. I think you'll find most long time PE'rs will agree here. Before you ask; I recommend a full week off, then start back with light stretching and easy wet Jelqing for a couple of days.

Wanted to add; Some guys can whip on their willie all day and see great gains. Other guys it seems, come to the point of overwork quicker and need more down time.
If you overwork without the proper rest periods, you will experience what you have described above.

thx jp, its gotta be because ive added clamping to my routine. hows this sound as a plan going forward: take a week off, then start back up but instead of doing 2 8min clamping sets, ill do 2 of 4min. i do my girth in the morning so getting/keeping it up is not difficult. but during the day it definetly seems to have taken a toll. im just anxious to get some girth gains!

i have a possible reason why my flacid is smaller than usual. over the past week or so where i live just got a LOT colder, we were having late springtime weather then all of a sudden it got really cold. maybe being cold often is the culprit? the erection problem isnt really as bad as i made it sound. i guess what i meant by it is that it takes a lil longer bc my flacid isnt where it usually is. i dunno... any thoughts?
