You get 95-100% erect, trap @ base, place your unit on a flat surface level w/ your waist, like a countertop, put a towel under it for comfort, then press your unit down as flat as you can with your other hand and hold for 15 secs.
Then slowly roll your hand back and forth over your unit like a rolling pin for another 15 secs. 1 rep = 30 secs
Definately not a newbie exercise.
