No, length doesn't matter unless your too long for it. As far as the inside diameter goes, I'd go with one that was 1/4" larger than your girth at full erection.

Example;

Say you are 5.5" around, that would be 1.750" diameter or 1 3/4", so the inside diameter you would need would be a 2" inside diameter tube.

Formula;

3.1416 / 5.5 = 1.750 + .250 = 2"

are we talking base girth or mid girth? my base fills the bottom but the mid section leaves a lot of room even after 2 water pump sessions. base is about 6.5" and upper mid is 5.125". hopefully someday i'll reach the top of my tube

I think midshaft "5 1/8" ", I feel it will help even the whole shaft out.

Well, I measured today, and to my suprise my mid girth was 5. 3/4in and my bas girth was 6.13/14!!! I was so happy. This was my un-pumped schlong. Water pumping has given me a great way to add some girth to the unit. Just wanted to share with everyone.

My base girth was 5.1/2in to start with. I have been water pumping for about 3 months... but very inconsistantly. I'll go for 2 days or 3 days on and 1-2 days off. Just depends mainly on how I feel.

I dont use a ruler. I use a myotape ( plastic tape measure )... Well, I meant 13/16ths not 13/14ths. GOSH!

88 man, It looks like me and you are at the same stats. I dont really measure base girth but everythingelse looks the same. Are you going for an 8incher?

Yeah, im shooting for 8in... but it will probably take me FOREVER. I've got a busy schedule this summer. I'll probably only be able to do mediocre PE workouts. I havent been doing hardly any PE... just occasional. SUCKS!!!

Plus once I hit 8in... Ill probably have to stop as my girth increases more than my length.

I bought the silicone ring, but I prefer pumping without it. It's not bad though. It's something you have to try before you'll know whether you like it or not.

On my 2" tube I need to get a ring. My 2-stage has a silicone ring. With a 2" tube etc. You would run less of a risk of hampering the circulation from the cylinder pressing against the Pubic Bone.

I'll have to pick one up, one nice thing about not using the ring is I get a very nice skin stretch, it seems to be knocking the hell out my turkey neck, God I hate those things.

Does the ring work as a clamp at all or is it just for comfort?

For the past 5 weeks or so (since I got my LA pump) have been exclusively following this routine early every morning ...
10 minutes pumped (hovering between 5-7 hg)
200 jelqs
10 mins pump
200 jelqs

Sometimes I do this in the evening as well or do 3 sets instead of two. Have had much better results with this than anything else I have tried. Not sure how permanent the results are but will keep on this routine. I try to do this 5 days a week.

My fiancee has noticed the difference and is sometimes saying now that its getting to be a bit too much to handle, but the sex has never been better! :)

Don't have a PM, but the jelqing seems to stretch it a bit and I do fowfers during the day. Ok with my length anyway, if I eventually get half an inch more thats plenty.

Its the girth that has been increasing, I love it when I see that involuntary quick intake of breath now when I first ease into her
