Increased blood vessels around the arms?

I have been told to have good and visible blood vessels around the biceps, forearm and lowerarm you need low fat% and do high reps exercises.
Do anybody know of any supplements you could take to increase the blood vessels and the overall vascularity? From a Norwegian site, I have been told Nitrix is good, however, it was only one person who claimed that.

Just need a supplement to give the extra little piff :)

Btw, anyone who is interested in a good forearm/lowerarm program - then I would recommend "Freaky Forearms by Jack Savage". It is pretty price, but definitely worth it! I have done 3 workouts so far, and my lowerarms have increased already.

I do PE for my forearm workout and the blood vessels show quite nicely on a daily basis! :)
I don't know of any supplements that offer this, but I do have a low fat, high rep kind of deal going so maybe that's the reason for the veins???

I've been losing weight, most of which has been bodyfat and the veins in my forearms have started to show up a lot more clearly. I don't really like how it looks, but I want to be in shape so there's nothing I can really do about it.

I can't see a difference in a high rep or low rep program in seeing blood vessels, if you dont mind sharing, whats your bodyfat at? If your going for the look gymnasts or some bodybuilders have with huge veins you'll have to be in the single digits of bodyfat most likely.

Hell if I know what mine is? I haven't checked that in years and couldn't even make a decent guess?
