Is there a way I can grow taller?

I'm 20 years old (21 in may lol). As a child I had an early growth spurt. I was generally growing faster then the other kids. By the time I hit 8-9th grade...I had stopped growing. All of a sudden all the kids I was taller started catching up to me, and eventually becoming giants!! My moms is about 5'2" and my pops 5'10". I'm 5'9". I know genetics have somewhat a role in my height and if you was ONLY looking at genetics, you would say I pretty much reached my max. But we all know kids whos parents are super short and end up growing to be giants! so there's more than heredics. Now I think one of the biggest reasons for my stopage of growth is deprivation of sleep. You know in your youth days you use to stay up all ours of the night, play video games then have a report to do or study for a test and only get 3 or 4 hours of sleep. Well I was that kind of kid. I eventually started getting bags under my eyes...and by mid-highschool I started to notice my skin became rinkley....now I'm trying to break the habbit and try and start getting full 8 hours sleep but its kinda hard but that was one of my new years resolution.
Second thing I think, was my diet. I wasnt eating enough nutricious foods. I basically grew up a fat kid until i hit highschool where I began to take my weight more serious and started working out. but even when I did that I still think i wasnt getting enough nutrients. When I see people on tv now like true life on MTV with the 18 year old kid that was 6'3" 250 pounds of muscle trying to be a muscle man...he was eating large quantities of food....alot of protein! and I've read alot that to really successfully gain muscle growth you need to eat 1gram of protein per lb that you weigh....I didnt believe that to be true and the guy at the gnc store told me it wasnt lol. But now, I'm really about to do that....Becuase I want to grow! lol do you think it's too late for me? I want to be at least 6ft im not to far just 3 INCHES PLEASE...lol....if I rev up my hgh engine somehow, would that help?

I don't have a clue for a realistic answer to the height question, but 5'9 isn't short by any means. I'm 5'10 and never thought of myself to be short? Most women I know are around 5'4 to 5'7, so even with a pair of pumps on it's still a perfect height for bonin! :) I did that protein thing and one thing I can say is it made me fart like hell. I cut back to around 100 grams per day and it worked out well (if you keep track of every gram, which can be tough sometimes)...

Slim, I love the way you look at things...........For me personally, I'm 6'2'', a great heighth. But, being tall does have some drawbacks. It's hard to fit in certain cars, low hanging lamps can cause brain damage and every short person wants YOU to get something down from a tall shelf OR put something on a tall shelf (you know, kind of like owning a truck.......everyone wants you to help them move and haul shit).

But, there's also the other side of this. I've always been told that women like tall guys...........and as for sex, it can be a challenge if your in bed with a shorty..........my ex was a foot shorter than I am so sex was always interesting..........the only parts of our bodies that seemed to always line up perfectly was her puss and my dick (I guess that's all that really matters right ;) So to respond to your comment slick about shorter gals that wear pumps are perfect heighth for "bonin", I'd have to agree. Hell, even in the bedroom, if she wears some of those "fuck me" pumps, it's alot easier for a guy like me to get the job done............

My neighbor is around 6'5 or so and I was laughing when someone said this to him a few weeks ago and he just looked at them and smirked. Good stuff...

At your age i seriously doubt there's anything you can do to grow taller naturally... the only way i can think of is to break your legs and put on a traction device to grow the bones.

I once talked to a doctor that worked out with us and he said when a person gets in there 20s there damn bones quit growing. If I remember right I think he used some big ass medical term like ossification of the bones. So once they get to this stage you cant do shit. The best thing man if you really are interested in this is to go see a doctor to determine if your bones have closed up or not. If they havent its expensive as shit to then get those growth hormones though.

I used to subscribe to basketball magazines. I seem to remember them having a pill that was growth hormones that would make you have another growth spurt...But of course enzyte and all the other bigger dick pills promise a bigger dick...

Even if that were true, hormones (like many things) are sensitive to pH and there's little chance they could survive in your stomach and have any real effect.

I've dont a lot of searching over the years for similar information. I've seen various fake pills to gain height, the tablets dont work - hgh is broken down by the stomach, and the under the tongue sprays contain such a small amount of hgh that it wouldnt make any difference.

Sorry but once your growth plates have fused theres no way to grow the bones. What is possible however is to grow the cartilage in the spine, there are a few (free - dont get conned into paying for info you can find free) websites around that explain various exercises (and nutrition info) that you can do such as hanging with weights. Its basically the same principle as PE, except theres a limit to how much the cartilage can be developed, and bones will not stretch or grow at all. Keep in mind that thousands of nerves go through your spinal cord and dont try anything risky.

As mentioned previously by others, the only way to grow fused bones is a special operation developed by Professor Gavriil Ilizarov in Russia, - the bones are broken, a frame is fitted with pins going through legs into the bone to hold them steady, there is a very slight gap between both halves of bone, and as new tissue grows to heal the bone they are gradually moved as the legs become longer. Its a very painfull process and takes many months of rehabilitation.

Youngfacehov, you should look up hypnosis. Some hypnotists I think can make you grow taller by bypassing your conscious brain and giving direct commands to your subconscious.

I'm about 5'6-5'7 and I consider myself to be short. My lady is 5'9 and it sucks ass.
