| In my opinion the first person to ask about circumcision is the man himself. yes we want to give pleasure to women but if you yourself have lost a large part of your sensual nerves through circumcision you would have less than the potential amount of pleasure RIGHTLY DUE to you. Religious circumcision was done either for hygiene reasons (now obsolete) and to decrease this very pleasure that may come also from masturbation. Those who, unfortunately, have lost their foreskin as babies may not know what they are missing, but don't perpetuate this cruel and barbaric custom on your sons, for goodness sake. As we get older the sensitivity of the glans often diminishes, but the sensitivity of the foreskin remains. For those who are Christians you may remember that even Peter, at the Council of Jerusalem Acts 15:10 says of circumcision, "Now, therefore, why do you test God by putting a yoke on the neck of the disciples WHICH NEITHER OUR FATHERS NOR WE WERE ABLE TO BEAR". |
