d1verse4,
Do JonPop's routine to the letter!
It is a proven routine, you must give it a chance. It is so easy to hurt yourself and if you start modifieing then you are asking for trouble. When we give you advice you are getting the bet possable answer that we can provide, we do not simply throw a dart and give what ever answer the dart hits on, the answers come from real people who have been there and done that.
I know how badly you want fast gain, I know you may think more is better, it really isn't. Be patient and work your way up. Another thing to keep in mind, the old saying "no pain no gain" NOT TRUE !! in PE, if you hurt yourself you will lose valuable trainning for who knows how long ??? And you will have to restart your routine at a much lighter load, we don't want to go there do we?
You have one pecker, need I say more?

Yea man...Do the newbie routine, and dont even look at any advanced techniques. I did that after a couple of weeks and busted a vein.
