Not at the same time Abdullah, I think that would be disastrous. Do your jelq device first then clamp afterwords. If you got hurt you would have a very hard time explaining how you recieved such an injury. You would no doubt need to seek medical attention for that.

Me too. The answer is not "No," but "HELL NO!" Don't do it. I like to jelq after a few sessions of clamping for the purpose of cleaning out the old blood and replacing it with blood filled with oxygen. Too, I think it helps fight off discoloration.
