I bought PM device from pmdevice.com about 1 year ago, and after months of use the basic ring (to be more precise - those little plastic rings that hold basic extension rod) broke.
Maybe I was using too much traction or something, but it just broke and I couldn't use the device anymore.
After contacting the pmdevice.com customer support, their kind staff pointed me to MSP-Concept in Germany to ask for a new part covered by 3-year warranty. Ok, they asked for photo of broken part, I have sent it, together with a copy of warranty documents via email.
They answered the next day, saying that my spare part is sent.

But unfortunatelly, that spare part never came... I believe because it was sent during Christmas season rush, or maybe customs held it.
Anyway, I have informed the MSP-Concept about this situation, and they sent the new part again, together with many appologies asking to email them if I don't get the second shipment.
Then, about 10 days after, the second shipment finally came, and to my big suprise - those guys have sent the
complete new PeniMaster device with all parts and new warranty for next 3 years!!!
And the best thing is - it is the new model with some really great improvements which make this device even better
