Alright guys, I know that the original is the way to go, but until I get the extra money to order one I have to settle for a generic home-made version of the JELQ device. I have the jar-lifter and somw pipe insulation for the padding. Problem is it keeps slipping to the side when I use it and my penis tries to get pinched in the arms. Any suggestions while I wait to order the original?

Even the JD may slip away. Often it is because there is too much lubricant. Just put a little lubricant and even wipe it off lightly before using the JD. Pay attention that it does not slide off the end of the head because it might be painful and may cause some bleeding from the meatus!

If it works for you, go for it. I use lube for all wet jelqing even with the JD. I tend to get friction burn otherwise.

I just got a new Device and I rattled off 500 jelqs with it. I did not use any lubrication at all, the rollers were a little sticky so I messed with it 'till they rolled freely.

I made my own device too, but it was more of a rake than a rolling device, the rolls would stick and the foam would get an indent, it hurt more than helped, I could only get about 100 or so jelqs before it got so uncomfortable I had to stop. I think for the little money they cost, the are a very good bang for the buck.

I also find it so much easier to use the Jelq Device that to do manual jelqs, I plump much faster with the device and a lot more blood stays in my penis.

If your using vaseline. Your using too much. Creamy baby oil works well also. I use two hands at a 10 - 2 position with mine. Just go slow and guide it through the stroke. Remember, Quality not Quantity. Hope this helps.
