|  Any way to produce more Sperm?
Anyone know if there is a vitamin or supplement that I can take that will produce more sperm and give me better orgasms? I would like to ejaculate more if possible. I've heard that Zinc and Copper are good (15 mg Zinc / 1 mg Copper). Any suggestions?

well, sperm is mainly protine... well the fluid is so eating alot of protine can help. I do daily fight training so I eat aot of protine anyway and I can ejaculate about as much as peter north some times.

Actually, the best thing you can do is to drink a lot of water (small amounts at a time, many times per day). Its simple, but it works. | |

Powerjelq,I didnt know that
but also jello does great things for fingernails, hair, and sperm. Im not sure what it is about it but it does.Anything that helps hair growth will help ejaculatory fluid because there made of the came basic compounds

| Welcome to the forum Neosapian. You must have brought a pick and shovel with you to dig up this old thread. AND, the amount of sperm does not mean more volume. The amount of sperm in ejaculate, is such a small percentage of the fluid. Listen to Rob. To increase the amount of cum, drink lots of water.

| If you want to produce monster loads there is a product called ------- that I tried. It was incredible. The amount of "ropes" that came when I was on ------- was over 10.
Taking a product like mentioned above is the fastest way to unleash monsterous loads in a short time from today.

If memory serves the degree of sperm production was within a few degree's on the scale.
