very confused

Hi! I'm new here and would really appreciate any information at all.I have been pe'eing for 4 months now and am pretty conditioned.I've so far done a program from another website but just recently purchased a jelq device and used it three times already doing about 125 reps each time. The thing is that I don't feel any type of soreness or fatigue that is stated and needed to be aquired at the end of the workout.1.So what do I do cause I really want to make this thing work after reading all the good things about it on the website.2.Is it true that you must reach fatigue(whether it's length or girth) at the end of a workout?3.It makes sense, but how much is enough to get to that fatigued state?PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Welcome to BetterMan,
I think you should up the amount of reps with the device and add some hand jelqs "wet" with your work out. Look at my progress page and see where I started and where I'm at now. Good luck bud

Hey man,
This is just like working out. You don't have to be sore or fatigued afterwards in order for it to be working. What is the full routine of what you are doing? After I do about 300 pj's and 500 dry jelqs I dont feel fatigued, just pumped. After I've stretched for hours with my PM i feel a bit sore but that goes away after I apply my hot wrap.

Dont go ripping your dick off just so you can think it's working. Consistency is more important than intensity.

Being fatigued is more like not being able to get fully hard 20 mins after a workout or as Loki says slightly sore.

Quality reps my friend and build up by say 25 reps a week until you hit 300-400 reps a day..

Thanks for the very important information guys. The more I learn the better. But I just forgot to mention that after my 125 reps with the pj ,I also don't get a pump like I would with 600 manuals. So should I work as many reps till I hit the point of fatigue? Thanks for your patience with me.

Well from my personal experience, although we've had this discussion before but I never added this input, the ratio of power exerted by the PJ to Manual Jelqs seems to be about 2:1 for a somewhat experienced PE'er.

So if your saying that before you used the PJ you would do 600 Manual Jelqs then I would say to do about 275-300 Power Jelqs and see how you like that. You might get the slight fatigue you are used to having.

When I started out again with the PJ at the beginning of this summer I actually did about 200-250 in place of the 400 I was used to doing manually. Of course I've upped the reps by now to doing 400 power jelqs per session but I'm on month 3 with it.

Hope that helps to clarify things. The PJ has great and has pushed me near a 6 inch girth. I hope to cement that by Thanksgiving or so.

Just curious how many days a week do you use the PJ?I mean I've read on some threads that some are even doing their routines twice in a day ,and every day...So what is your schedule like? Thanks man.

You may not be squeezing hard enough to do slow, deep reps. You may find it tougher to get through 125 reps if you slow down and squeeze harder.

I've never used the PJ twice in one day. Recovery is more important than the workout sometimes. Even if im done with my routine and I feel like i can do more, I dont. Leave the dick wanting more, I say.

I normally just go with the flow. I look at how many consecutive days I've done girth work and sometimes i might be busy one day and just take it off. Sometimes I may go a full five days and then have to make myself take two off. It all depends.

You really have to realize, there are very few rules of PE but even more principals. Follows the principals that work for you but remember the rules: safety first, warm up, take it slow, and stay consistent.

I would try doing 300 reps with the JD. When you were doing 600 by hand, that is equal to 300 with the JD.

You need to have around 70 -80% erection level. When you do your stroke, you should feel the blood move and see your glans swell.
