| Although I don't have a lady friend, I think some flowers sent to the office, little love notes sent via text message to her cell phone and making her dinner are great ways of non-sexual foreplay.

| A lot of times I will leave notes laying around the house like if I am out of town just telling her how much I love her and I can't wait to get home! | Flowers, small gifts, making an effort to clean the car before dates, being kind and sensitive to her feelings... whipping it out in public I can't help end most my posts with something goofy. 
Actually the kind and sensitive part is probably the biggest one... not rushing into things, letting her go at her own pace. I still have some work to do in that category as I can get carried away by my own passion etc but the more I try the better I do. | What always worked for me was maybe some flowers sent to her at the office, maybe taking her to lunch and being very, very attentive to her needs for that day. Making her dinner, giving her a massage when she gets home, stuff like that. Drawing her a nice bath is also a great idea.
