Like any type of PE it takes time to condition to your routine. I've been pumping consistently since April. I have minimal change of appearance from session to session. You can look at pumping as a form of tension. If you can keep the tissue at the expanded state. New cells will fill in the space. This does take time though. I would say in the order of months. I think that is why people usually don't see the permanent effects of pumping. They change up routines to quickly.
I try to formulate a routine and stay with that routine for at the least 6 months. That allows me to see what is working and what isn't. Then adjust from there.

I'm pleased with the results of my last workout. Although I have a slightly darker pigment in the skin. Which doesn't panic me, since jelqing will take care of that down the road.
No matter what your routine is: Be Consistent.
