First off, thanks for the words of encouragement from all of you!! It does help, to keep one motivated. Most important, it’s great to know people like you are here for me, it means alot.

As for “tell the wife”, this is a complicated matter. As I mention on occasion, I came here for a better solution to handle what I believe to be ED. Yes, it was confirmed by my doctor. I have high blood pressure and take medication for it. There’s what got me here!

The wife was not very understanding when performance lacked, it got ugly!
As time went on, she started going though “women changes”. Her sex drive went in the toilet, not what it was. Complicated by an auto accident, she didn’t really reach out and went cold when I reached.

My job demands required me to travel alot for 2 years. We became to ships in the night. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not all her either, I’m to blame too. So, as for telling her, I’m not ready too. I don’t think right now she will handle it well either.

I still travel but alot less now, so I’m home more. We have been spending time together, just haven’t made that giant step, yet! We are taking a trip to Mexico in a couple of weeks, just her and I, no kids. I’m hoping that time together will bring us closer again.

In time, I will tell her, but not until we work out our differences. That’s my number one priority. I will continue with my quest to help me deal with my ED. I’m still a boy in an older body; the equipment just isn’t what it was.

If I was ever asked, I would tell her. We’re just not there yet. Trust me, when I get there and need the help on how to approach her, I know the first place to go!

Well McB is off to Cancun Mexico for some much needed R&R. I plan on doing nothing but eat(pussy), drink and have SEXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I hope the other half feels the same. McB is back on US soil, thank God! The much needed vacation was relaxing and pleasant. Wishing I was still there. I did get a nice tan! I had a lot of things to catch up on when returning. First chance I got to sit down to update my journal.

Okay, I’m motivated now! I have been reviewing my tracking sheet, seems within 6 weeks I will have completed my first full year of PE’ing.

Starting this Monday, I’ll re-start my stretching routine. Committing myself to stay on course for the next 6 weeks, no SLACKING-OFF!!

On the 1 year mark, sit down and review what I have accomplished. Whether it is good or bad, either way, I’m pleased! I have already started creating next years tracking sheet. Now it’s a matter of planning.

Right now, year 2, the basic plan is to continue stretching; this will be on going for as long as I continue PE. My biggest objective in year 2 is to introduce a device(s). I have not determined what device(s) as of yet.

Last minute thought...have baybabe as my motor-vater

Will I'm in my fourth day back into my routine. The head of my penis is a little sore, not bad though. I guess the 4 week layoff is the cause.

Well, 3 weeks left until my 1 year anniversary of doing PE. Since starting back up, I have been doing well. Just getting back from the holiday weekend, I took the three days as down time. I really fought the urge to pickup a ruler, want to wait until its officially 1 years time.

Some interesting insights...because of health issues I'm trying to stop drinking beer(triglycerides)..damn hard too when you like beer. I started drinking red wine..pinot noir, not bad! I seem to be getting more woody's in the morning...Sunday the "Bomber" was rock solid!! I drank a whole bottle Saturday night, I think that had something to do with it!! I read it here, I think GW mentioned drinking red wine helped with the flaccid hang, I agree with him. I've noticed the wife looking on occasion and McB does hang fuller!

Learning to jump rope for cardio...I'm not the gym type. Need to loss a little weight too. Been eating better foods, hard when you travel though. I think with getting my dick in shape it has helped me to think more about my overall health.

The doctor suggested(strongly) that I get my colon checked

. Has anyone had this done? Is it painful?

My brother had it done and said its VERY unpleasant. they make you drink a diaretic that makes you poop everything out first and then you have to fast for the test.
there is a new test called a virtual colonoscopy, you might want to look into this first.

Hey McB, the colonoscopy ain't all that bad and they can give you some good meds to make the occasion more pleasant.It's better than dying of colon cancer. As for your triglycerides, start taking at least 2 grams of omega three's daily (fish oil) and it will help that along with exercise.If I remember you're close to my age. That jump rope will beat the hell out of your knees. If you can afford to spend a couple of bucks and you have some room in your house, go to sears or sports authority or wherever and get yourself an eliptical machine.No pressure on the knees or joints and it gives you a great cardio workout.Just put on you ipod , get a good rythmn up and work that machine for 20-30 minutes daily. Between good exercise,( you got to sweat), and the fish oil you'll be surpised what will happen in three months. I know, I did it!

Thanks, guys for all the info...we're talkin colonoscopy now. I asked the doc, what I should have checked first, the heart or my colon. Without hesitation, he jumped on the colonoscopy. Being in my early 50's he recommended it. He didn't seem to indicate it was required, but strongly suggested it. Out side of prostrate cancer(my dad)...there is no history on my side.

My wife had it done since her mom had colon cancer and survived...god bless her, she's 84! The wife explained it better last night. Pretty much what you guys described, thanks!

I'm glad I will be out of it(asleep), that way I won't feel a thing. I think the scope would be bigger then the doc's finger! Ouch!!

I'm starting to understand why some of the ladies don't want/like it up the poop shut.

CUSP82, yes we are close in age. I have been taking the fish oil for sometime now(3 yrs). The exercise is what I really need! I'm going to look into the "eliptical machine", might be worth it! Thanks for the pointers too.
