jelq device 101

I just received the JD and would really like some professional instructions on do's and do not's of using the device...I have been pe'ing hard for about a month and believe i'm ready to move on to this item. I tried it today and it had no idea what i was doing. I keep hearing how intense it is and looking to figure this thing out. Any and all info would be helpful

Instead of creating a new thread I'd like to discuss the JD a little here since this is JD 101.

I've been using it as my main girth routine and recently I started to use it for ulis. After a good 20min or so of Jelqs I've been taking it and clamping at the base instead of using my hand. Seems to give a better "squeeze" than my hand. Also taking it and clamping at the head. Gives quite the pump.

This little device is quite versatile. How have others fared using the device in this way or do some of you prefer strictly hands for squeezing?

I also find I like to Jelq at 80% to 90% giving just enough pressure to engorge it to the max I can handle. Not only does it feel good but gives it the pump I'm looking for.

Just a few of my thoughts and am interested in hearing how some others prefer/use the JD.

i usually do squeezes with my hands. I have never tried it with the JD. I am still trying to learn proper technique with the JD if anyone has any comments on do's and do not's.

For example, do you use any lube when jelqing? Also, do you guys jelq with the LOT theory? I found that my Tug is at 6.00 i think..(upwards)??? could anyone point me to someone or somewhere where i can get directions on using the device?

Baby oil GEL is the best lube as was recommended to me by JP. Few dabs, top and bottom of shaft and I'm lubed for the whole session...

Each jelq should be around 4 sec from base to glans but sometimes I prefer a slower jelq, 5-6 sec or longer... esp if I'm in a more erect state. Too quick tends to injure the penis... like lifting weights, I have been using much slower reps thereby putting more "time under load" to each muscle worked. Hence a better, safer workout with less sets.

I don't think too much about LOT. Maybe someone else has something to say about that.

As for technique. I push the JD, opened, as far into my pelvic bone as possible, kegel and then clamp down. With one hand I hold my balls and extra skin back and with the other grab the end of the handles and slowly pull. (Straight out, up, down, doesn't seem to matter as the point is to pump it up!) Thats about it.

Thank You!!! lol you know i've been looking for something as simple as that for to days! lol i mean for 100 bucks they could send some simple directions with the device. One last questions for ya, how many jelqs should i start out with a day with the JD? and how often should i move up? I will also be warming up with the newbie routine for awhile and using the PM at night.

Start w/ 100 reps. Work up as your penis permits. There are instructions on the Jelq Device web site... you must've visited it to order the device no? Click on the link in Betterman's signature and "read all about it."

I bought the product from jelqdevice.com. As of right now there are no instructions on the site. I asked customer support and they gave me link (jelqdevice/multimedia.com) that was no longer available and redirected me to the front page....so obviously its been pretty tough to get any kind of help with this. Thanks a ton for your help

Really? I did notice they updated the site and sounds like they moved the instructions. Hope I helped. Go slow and don't be afraid to use less pressure than you think. Really feel the penis being pumped but not too much or you'll get the ole' blood creeping out the meatus. Which I've done numerous times. I notice a kind of clear fluid... lymphatic fluid or something that comes out the meatus when the work out goes really well.

At the beginning of a session I go light and by the end I'm able to add quite a bit of pressure once the penis is warmed up and used to the work out.

yea thanks a lot your been a ton of help.. actually the left ligament to my penis is very sore. I think i might of over done it the other day. I really don't want to take time off but i think i might have 2. How long do you recommend?

Wait until your penis feels strong again. Indicators would be the affected area is no longer sore, you wake up with a strong erection, normal color returns etc... Depending on the injury it could take anywhere from a few days to a week or more. Just be patient and careful as I've made the common mistake of overdoing it many times myself and can be very frustrating.
