| They finally got back to me!!
So after a crazy long time I finally got a response after going through the contact page on the website. I complained about how long it's been and how terrible the holding straps are because I've ripped almost all of them before I cracked the support surface. They gave me two options(pasted from email):
OPTION 1: We offer you a new support surface plus 4 new belts for only 74,61 Euro - you save 52,09 Euro.
OPTION 2:
For goodwill, we send you a new set of belts and an old version of the support surface for free.
Option 1 looks good but it's still going to cost me over $100. I'll be getting a newer and supposedly better support surface but why should I have to pay for that?? I'm tempted to go with option 2 but the old support surface is crap and will probably break after a month or two again. |

But old surface lasts 30-60days betwen breaks

| ^ I was going to ask the same thing. I did break the surface but shit I had mine about 3 years before that happened. And still have not broken any straps. But when I did break the surface, I got my replacement very quick. I e-mailed them and sent a picture of what happened and had my new one in about 1 week. So not sure why you are having so much trouble.

| I dunno why I'm having so much trouble. I found the straps tore pretty easily. The first one lasted the longest but after that one broke the other ones broke a lot quicker. I hope they've improved the straps along with the new support surface. Germany is a pretty far away place to be constantly ordering replacements parts from. | |

| Maybe its because most people in forum have the old version that is made in Germany... while all the new ones are cheaper quality Canadian made ones?
I thought it was made from Germany but the box says its made from Canada. I ordered from Penis Master
it feels a bit flimsy but its much better than using the noose stuff. | |
