It seems that although I am not totally unhappy with the PMDevice, i feel ripped off due to believing that I was getting the new version that is made from Germany and lets you attach the traction rods to the bottom of front plate. These pictures and videos were all over on pmdevice.com but it is not what I got. I got a crap Canadian made one, which is an older version, that is poor in quality and is just like any other noose traction device but with strap and strap hole.

The website also claims that there is "No Risk 30-Day Money Back Guarantee". But it seems their "contact us" button directs to a page that doesn't exist. Has anyone so far gotten a refund? Or even got to actually contact them?

I highly doubt that I'll be able to get a refund, but I sure would like to try. Does anyone know an email address or a number I can contact?

I haven't actually gotten in contact with them but I've just tried their link and it seems to be working fine... Penis Master

With the strap hole do you mean silicon cord noose? I've personally found that noose better than the other one but I've modified it to suit my needs.

Hmm perhaps its last of the line of the old devices. Let us know how you get on with this. Customer service is always important IMO.

have you tried clicking on "Click Here to Send Your Message"? That's the one that doesn't work... you can fill out everything but it doesn't send.

It seems I've been suckered into buying something from fraudulent website. There is no customer service, no refund, fake pictures, fake descriptions...

I've been trying to contact them but there is no email address, contact us doesn't work, there are no numbers.... it just says

"We have a fully trained support team waiting to answer your questions. You can be sure that no matter what your question you will receive a professional answer with complete discretion."

???? what???
