| My schedule and one small problem Im doing PE since 3 months and last week I brought Penis pump also..
so my schedule is as follows...
Mon Wed Thurs Fri --1.5 hours wearing PM in the morning
Sat Sun -- 3 to 4 hour wearing PM
Now in evening I do like this...except Tuesday
5 minute warmup -then using pump for 10 -12 minutes -then hand jelq for 30 minutes -then if i find time use pump for 5 minutes.
-on weekends using PM after this workout for 1 hour.
so in the whole schedule ,only tuesday I give rest to my penis.
Is there improvement can be done in the routine?
One question (My problem)
While doing intense jelq after pumping ,my skin on the base is become very sensitive to touch ..I have removed all the hairs in that area.Any cure to this problem?It was happning earlier also bus less and since adding pump in my routine the sensation become much more. |

I have one more problem after seeing 1 cm gain it seems that im not ganing anything now :-(
and sometimes it shows me small in erection and sometime shows me large in erection.Im confused with my penis :-( if I have achived any gain... |

| You're not going to see much of a gain without some good, hard manual stretching. Have you attempted the Newbie Routine at all? I think the PM is a great addition to manual stretching but your gains seem to be consistant with the effort you're giving. You need to be manual stretching daily. |

| All that work but only one day of rest? Maybe a wee bit too much. Have you thought about taking 3 or 4 days off? It seems to work for me. |

| That is true, I recently discovered that rest days are very important. I havent been able to PE for about 5 days in a row and I feel like my penis is GROWING!! lol. I also found out that doing the two days on one off is the best for me because if I do the 5 days on two off, by the fifth day of workout, my penis is so sore and on edge of overtraining.

| I recommended 5 days on and 2 days off ONLY in my Newbie routine.
Circle stretches, 150 wet Jelqs and 90 "V" Jelqs is not to much in this time frame, IF these are all the exercises you do in a single day. Anything more, such as advanced exercises, YES, I recommend the 2 day on and 1 day off. See my thread, "Just an Observation"
