| HELP!!! Dick Dont Work Ok, I have been following the beginners routine but could be overstepping the boundries a bit and doing some advanced workouts because I feel as though I have been doing some of these exercises in the past before I even knew what a Kegel or Jelq was.
I started reading the forums back in February and started my routine in early March. I have a homemade Jelq Device (instructions from the forum) and the Dr. Kaplan pump with a 1 3/4 tube and 2" tube. The 1 3/4 is pretty tight but I use it during the first pump stage because some say tight tube is good for length. Oh, and I am using the SizePro enlargement capsules once a day in the morning. Started those about two weeks ago.
NOW... heres my delima. Last night, I met a chick and took her home to give this new dick a try. I havent measured yet but Im thinking it is about half an inch larger in girth (nice and hefty in my hand) and at least half an inch in length... BUT... PM:
Jelq device for 30 to 45 minutes
10 minutes in 1 3/4 tube

Hand jelq for 5 minutes
When Im done, I get a nice tingly feeling and decent heft that lasts for hours but looking back, I dont remember having a good "Hardon of Steel" like I am normally used to having.
What gives... please advise!

Now to your trouble. I can well imagine you were pissed off and embarassed as hell that you couldn't rise to the occasion last night. Would piss me off too!! I guess my first piece of advice would be don't psych yourself out. Psychologically, you could seriously fuck yourself up far worse as your going to now worry if this is going to repeat itself the next time around. So whatever you do, don't dwell on this.
As to your dick not working, hmmm, could've been that your dick just needed a rest. Seriously. Nothing more and nothing less. You've got a pretty stealthy routine. If I may ask what pumping pressure are you using? Sometimes, if you pump at too high a pressure point, that can damage your erection abilities.
My next suggestion would be to read up on the supplements found in the newbie routine and take those instead of these prosolution pills your taking. I took those for some time and the only thing they do is increase blood flow to the penis. The vitamins that are recommended in the newbie routine assist in the repair of cells and such torn down during a good PE routine, much the same as in weight lifting.
My personal bet brother is that your dick was just tired and needed a bit of a rest. Take the supplements outlined in the newbie routine and I think that should make a difference for you. | Let me expound a little bit on my background.
Physical Stats
5’8” tall
155lbs
Dick Stats (no current measurements. Can’t get a fukkin hard on!)
BPFL: 5
FG: 4
BPEL: 6.5
EG: 5.5
I recently lost about 40lbs. It took about 5 1/2 months and a lot of healthy eating and exercise. Did the Slim in 6 DVD’s then progressed to the P90X DVD’s. Got pretty damn good results too!
I have kept the weight off and actually added to my lean body mass through vitamins and supplements.
I eat chicken, turkey, tuna, pasta, whole grain breads. I drink fat free organic milk, v8 fusion and orange juice. I drink at least a gallon of water a day. I do Protein shakes. I take the Animal Pak vitamin pack daily which has about 11 different pills with different vitamin/mineral combinations. I do creatine ethel ester and nitric oxide boosters before a workout and I drink a complex amino acid recovery drink right after a workout... a body workout, not a jelq workout!
I am doing everything a bodybuilder would to do look good for the hunnies, but I think either the SizePro tabs are being effected by my other supplements or I am just being too aggressive during my jelq/pumping exercises.

As for the pump pressure. I slowly pull it up to about 7 or 8 and do a few Kegels and as the pressure equalizes the needle will drop down to about 4 or 5 at which time I will pull it back up and stablize it at around 5 or 6. But you eventually settle in and you get the results they show in the infomercial. Finally, someone telling the truth on TV. | Stay with your current supplement routine. As far as the penis pills go, if you want to take them then take them but personally i wouldn't shell out any more cash on them, it would be better spent on protein or something usefull. |

Now that I have paid for them, should I continue to use them? Paid $95 for a four month supply on ebay. Not bad if they work. Did some research and everything in them (or at least "Claimed") is all natural so it shouldnt have adverse reactions.
I was simply wondering if I could quite possibly be overdoing the supplement thing with all the bodybuilding stuff AND the penis poppers.

You definately look like you spend considerable time at the gym so I don`t need to expound on the problems with overtraining. I have been doing the newbie religiously for about twelve weeks. In that time I gained 1/2 inch in length and 1/8 in girth. I am now taking two weeks off and I will remeasure around the 24th and see where I am at. | Thanks Stroker. You guys are a well of knowledge. I am kinda glad I had my little "Incident". If it werent for that, I would have probably gone in the wrong direction, gotten no gains and given up. I think Im gonna do like you... stick to the newbie routine until there are no more gains possible, THEN change to a new routine. Just like in the gym... keep hitting the muscle at one angle until you see no new gains, then shock it up with a different routine.
I know the dick isnt a muscle, per se, but Its a body part and damned if this thing doesnt know how to adapt to different elements!
I REALLY hope this thread will help anyone who thinks they MIGHT be overtraining to rethink their methods and slow down and be patient.

| Things are looking up. Having some good erections without much effort. I am noticing that when I get rock hard, I am ultra sensitive now. Must be some healing process or something. Damn near blow a nut when I get hard and try to Kegel. Kinda nice feeling but Im sure next time I try to penetrate a chick, Im probably gonna be a minute man! LOL

The rest did me good. Waking up a few times per night with nice raging hard-ons. Funny thing, when I wake up... I do believe I am doing involuntary Kegels! LOL That's cool... working out in my sleep! ha ha

Better yet Alpha Arginine Ketoglurate is even better and cheaper than arginine. It will also help pack on some big muscle as well.
