Talking Concrete Gains

I have been doing PE for the past 8 months and have gained an inch in Girth and 1 1/4 in length. i was wondering what the best techniques are for keeping my gains. i plan on stopping PE soon because i will not have enough free time, plus my girlfriend says i hurt her.

What suggestions do you have for me and what techniques have worked for you? i have been doing basic jelqing for about 30 mins a day, and am currently at EG 5.75 BPEL 7.25

Wow. You're stats I believe mirror mine. Cool. If you want to keep what you've gained, you're going to have to do some small maintenance schedule.........like maybe 2-3 days per week? If you don't keep it up in some capacity, you'll some of what you gained. PE is typically a life long journey. Hope this helps.

Do PE only two days per week.

That is faster than usual for those numbers. Are you saying you gained an inch of girth and 1 1/4 inches in length by ONLY doing 30 minutes of basic hand jelq per day?

YOU my friend had some serious dedication... It's too hard for me not to go through and bust. I wish I could bust and then go forth, lol. But yeah, to keep your gains I'd just JELQ maybe 5 times a month minimum (once every 5 days) and do Kegel Exercises (plexing your pc muscle constantly)
