What sort of height/weght range do you mean. For instance what weight at 6ft(182cm).

I have been working on staying in shape. I find my blood pressure is lower and my overall outlook and mental well being has improved. When you exude confidence those around you feel better. Women love a man who is in good shape, but they are more attracted to a man with a mind. A mind that will make them feel better about themselves. Heck, a mind like mine!!
