I have done some jelqing along the way and have done some manual stretching. Someone from overseas actually sent me a copy of the dvd matters of size. It is in several steps or stages.You stay with one stage till you stop gaining , then you move to the next one.I have enjoyed the pumping and wearing the pm the most. I don't spend as much time manual stretching or jelqing as I do the other two. I have owned the jelq device for some time and have used it a lot. I will stay with it till the end. | |
