| how long Typically how long do you use the JD? I havnt seen this posted. |

| I usually use it for 30 min but 20 min is probably sufficient. I find that a total of 40-50 min of PE is all I can handle per day. I imagine if I did 90 min I would see more gains but its hard to find that much time and motivation. Not to mention my penis can only handle so much PE. |

| I could be wrong, but typically arnt hand jelq routines usually about 300 or so strokes (everyones are different)
and I have heard the JD is stronger stimulation, 1 JD = 2 hand jelq
so isn't 20-30 min way too much? |

so isn't 20-30 min way too much? | Just pay attention to your body. You're body will tell you when your tasking yourself to much. Don't get over enthusiastic with trying to make your goal in one day. Everyone should realise that even in primitive times of P.E. it takes time to meet your goals. Just be steady and progressive.

| I don't focus in the number of reps; I just keep the stop-watch by me as I jelq. I hold the skin from the "fat pad" in place, kegel as hard as I can and trap the blood with the JD pressed right against the pubic bone. I then take a good 4 or 5 seconds per rep, focusing on proper form and a consistent squeeze. By the 20 minute mark, the cock has obviously had enough. How many reps total by the time that I'm done? I have no idea. I just focus on doing it as right as possible for those 20 minutes. |

| Wow! I think that is way too fast, I think you get a better workout with longer lasting jelqs, maybe 3-5 seconds each, I agree with betterman, quality is better than quantity.
