Angry how to make your face fatter?

i was wondering how can i get my face a little fatter? my face is kinda thin. i am 18 years old so i guess i got time to change, i only weigh 140 and i just recently got hired at staples so once i get paid in 2 week im gona join the gym too, gota get big and get healthy!! so just wondering would bulking/putting on weight help fatten my face a bit?

The only way to make your face fatter is to get fatter, period. Eat a lot, gain some weight and both you & your face will fatten up. But if you start going to the gym and getting ripped, then you'll have less body fat, which in turn will make your face look thinner. In that case, you would have to take an unorthodox approach: After every workout, look for the biggest guy at your gym (preferably a powerlifter with big, meaty, rough, callous hands) and tell him that you can't help but sit behind him and watch while he does deadlifts. The type of facial fattening you'll get from this approach might come in a purpleish hue, so if anyone asks, just say they're newbie spots from doing Uli's on your neck.

lmfao ahaha alright guys thanks alot :D im looking to get up to like 160-180ish in weight, hopefully some of the face fattening will be concrete :P

Lookin I used to be in your situation. I was 160 lb at 6'3". Rather skinny and weak. If you want to bulk up and get big join a gym and go every day. Get on a structured workout split, depending on your goals (bobybuilding or more powerlifting).

I now weigh 212 at 6'3" at 12% bf or so. It took me about 2 1/2 years to put on about 50 lbs of muscle, and I loved every step of the process. Working out is a lot like PE, without the necessary dedication you will get little to no where. So be consistent and eat big. Eat when your not hungry, eat whenever you can, and try to ignore your mind's instinct that tells you will get fat. By bulking you will put on muscle mass along with fat. So this should make your face slightly "fatter." I'm not sure why you'd want a fatter face honestly. Perhaps it merely your bone structure that gives you a very slendor face. personally I have a very round face and wouldn't mind it being skinnier.

So the moral of the story.... Eat lots of healthy food (if your not gaining 1-2 lbs a week your not eating enough), cut out the sugary crap, and lift heavy and consistently.

lol alright cool cool, first day at staples tmr LOL shit cant wait to get paid! after that im just gona CLEAN bulk with healthy foods and workout like a mother f*** also gona have to start learning about foods that are good for you, supplements, vitamins and all that stuff. do you guys think drinking a weightgainer/protien shake is good for you? those shakes that have like 1000 calories per serving. does anyone take it now/used to take it?

haha yes, there will come a time when you will miss the days when you were thin. I'm 6'1" at 182 and I think around 14% body fat. lookin4hur it seems we have different goals, you wishing your face to be fatter and me wishing my face was a nudge thinner at the cheeks. Also if your thinking about bulking up at the gym, do it the legit old fashioned way, none of that stuff that makes you bulk up faster. Trust me I've seen alot of guys use that stuff when they were young. Sure it may look good for a while when you're rock hard and huge, but as soon as you stop going to the gym even for a month your triceps will turn into water bags and your rock hard chest will turn into breasts.

i know what your saying bro, but working out man its a life long dedication bro no being a pussy about it. working out not only am i looking to get big but also it will force me and teach me to be a healthier person and eat better so i dont die of some half ass problem that i could of prevented like some cloged artery heart attack or some crap.

If you're a "hard gainer" (have a hard time putting on weight) then a good quality weight gainer shake right before bed should help you quite nicely. Also, believe me (as a former Asst. Mgr @ GNC) that you DON"T need to buy all the shit those guys at the store will try to push on you. A good multivitamin, Omega-3 capsules, whey protein (especially for right after your workouts) and a weightgainer is all you need. They'll try to sell you all kinds of bullshit that will do nothing but burn a hole in your wallet and possibly give you some nasty allergic reaction or even fuck with your hormones. DO NOT buy anything other than what I just stated. You're 18 so your hormones right now are at a place where they'll do the kind of wonders for you that no pill will ever do.

Also if you overgain some weight, drink alot of green tea. I don't mean those bullshit miracle green tea products or pills that claim to burn fat real fast, just drink plain ordinary green tea every day and in a month or so you'll have really noticeable loss of fat. Trust me green tea or any kind of tea (iced tea doesn't count haha) helps burn fat. I went on a vacation to China once for a month and all I had to drink was tea day and night and when I came back I lost around 27 lbs. even though all the food I ate in China was either greasy or had mountains of calories.

so would you say once i do bulk , once i start to cut green tea would be good to get my bodyfat down to 10%? cause i heard at 10% is when your abs show?

haha that's true, but yea green tea, oolong tea, basically almost any type of chinese tea is good for cutting body fat. Believe me, a couple years back my body fat percentage was around 22%. W.M.P. is right though at 18 it's not that hard to get lean body mass, it's later that get really hard, that's why you don't see many 40 something year old guy wit rock hard abs lol. I'm not that much older than you and I live on hot pockets, and chinese food (because I work in a chinese restaurant). Just get your excercise and you'll be fine. According to the so-called "death clock" though I will die in my 70's, not bad for a person who lives on greasy food lol.

If your natural body type is that of one that makes your face thin, I don't think you could do anything that wold make your face fatter, without seriously effecting the other parts of your body. But if you don't eat enough, eat more, but don't eat too much. Portion control is the key to eating healthy.
