how long between sessions?
how long should you wait before doing another session. i had a sesion about 1 in the morning last night which is totally out of the usual. its 12pm right now which is aout 2 hours after my normal session time. is it safe to do it right now or is it pointless?

Stretch as often as you can. You should probably wait at least 24 hours between girth sessions to be safe.
