| Hooters950 Progress Log I'm finally starting a progress log. I've been doing PE for about 3 months now. I didn't measure before I started so I don't have any measured gains. I've been using a different website and their guide, which is basically the same thing as the "Newbie Guide" minus the stretching. As of right now here are my stats:
BPFL: 3.5"
FG: 3.75"
BPEL: 6.00"
EG: 4.5"
Here is my routine that I plan on doing for the next few months.
Warm-up
1. Newbie stretching routine
2. 50 Wet Jelqs
3. 30 2 Way Pressure Stroke
3. 50 V Jelqs
4. 30 Uli
5. 30 Horse440
6. 30 Erect Girth Pressure Squeeze
7. Warm Down
When I get the JD I'm going to add between 50-100 of those bad boys in there. So what do you guys think of my routine. My penis is pretty conditioned I feel so I think I'll be fine in that sense. Are those exercises too girth oriented? Thanks for the feedback and I'll be posting measurements every 2 months or so. |

| You might not want to change your routine unless you stop seeing gains. The routine that you have proposed is going to be very time consuming. You may want to consider what would be the best use of your time. |

| You also might want to look forward to the fact you almost most certainly enjoy a considerable amount of discolouration with that routine. You may get some girth gains though or you just may endup bursting some internal vessels and have leakage and enjoy weak erections for the rest of your life. In other words I would tone down on the intense girth movements and throw some more jelqing and stretching in but that's just me. |

| I agree with sonic that routine seems like it would take its toll on the health of your penis

| I would suggest just doing basic girth moves like wet jelq and v jelq until you stop getting gains. If you stop getting gains, then do some more advanced stuff, but you don't have to kill yourself then either. Alternatively, you could still stick to the basics but increase the number of reps (which is time consuming like I said earlier). |

| I would listen to what these guy's are recommending. Only when you have stopped gaining with jelq's and stretches should you think of an advanced routine. Try different erection levels and different stroke times. Throw in some edging and ballooning exercises to help build stamina. And make sure you have a great deal of heat in your unit throughout the entire session.

1. warm up in shower
2. 100 wet jelqs
3. 100 V-jelqs
4. 50 Dry jelqs (once I learn how to do them)
7. warm down

| dry jelqs are easy. no lube, jelq from base to mid shaft for however many times you want and then from midshaft to head again, however many times you want to.
your original routine honestly scared my penis, he went turtle on me and crawled into his shell taking my balls with him.

| Okay so last night I was doing the V jelqs, and I have a question. Sometimes when I did them my penis would shift so that I wasn't squeezing the sides. It would turn over so does that mean that I'm doing them wrong or do I need more/less erection? Also, what is a power jelq? I was looking at Uber's log and he said he did a bunch of these, but I could't find a sticky on it. Thanks! |

| It has something to do with your erection level and the length of time during your jelq. Take some time with your next session to figure out what works the best for you. Somewhere around 50-60& EL and 6-8 second stroke works well for me. Also pay attention where your outer two fingers ride on your unit, they also help guide it throughout the stroke.

| Yea I was doing them last night and I think I figured them out....I had to use the outer fingers to push into the index and middle so that it would work. But 6-8 seconds? Wow alright I was doing like 3 second ones. |

| Seem that I can get better expansion and stretch with the slower stroke but at the same time I can keep the intensity down to prevent injury from too much pressure. I also Jelq by time instead of how many strokes, this way I can stay focused on the quality of my technique instead of how many I can do.
Good luck.

| I thought a power jelq was a normal joke but your following hand grips and jelqs before your first hand leaves the head. Thats how I wet jelq and I have noticed expansion due to blood staying in there.
While doing this, I usually reverse kegel to force more blood down there. Bit I've noticed my helmet becomes engorged and my blood vessels are more pronounced.
