Length of PJ stroke

Hi,
Haven't posted in a while as I stopped my routine for a time. Have been back with it for a couple months and continuing getting positive results.

One area of interest is how far to the end of the shaft should one use the PJ.

I have been using consistent pressure from the base to the head, then stopping there and doing a little stretch.

I don't seem to have any problem doing this and notice no ill effects, however I wonder if this is a good practice considering the dorsal never and vein.

Thanks for any input!

Jack

That sounds like good practice to me. Make sure your fully warmed up and are conditioned for the PJ and all will be fine. Also to mix it up use the PJ on the sides of your dick instead of just top bottom. Awkward at first but you get used to it and it gives the top bottom a rest for a change.

Thanks KDUB!

I do use the PJ "sideways" and like it. I grip one side of it and use the other hacnd to guide, almost feels like a V-jelq.

I can really tell the difference when I don't get good workouts due to available time.

TGIF!
