Change the file size to 640x480 or smaller on the camera. Also, if it's a fancy camera make sure it's in .jpg not .raw.

OK, here are my official starting measurements for this contest. Now, I will say, my photos SUCK ASS but they're as good as they're going to get until I can get my hands on a digital camera and can take some real shots.
My BPEL for starting this contest is 7 1/4". I know it's damn near impossible to tell from the camera shot but guys, I did the best I could.
My girth measurement, mid shaft, is 5 1/8 which I have to question because my cock feels ALOT thicker and heaftier than that. Anyway, it is what it is.
OK, took another shot with my camera phone and used the zoom feature this time (DUH!!!). Pic came out ALOT better and a bit more clear. Sooooooo, I'm going to wait until this afternoon and try taking another boner shot using the same feature and see if I can't get a better rule shot that way.
