Over 6 months, I guarantee, GUARANTEE a minimum length gain of .5 inches and minimum girth gain of .25inches.

Realistically I believe 1 inch in length and .50 inches in girth are very real and very possible, and they would make me very happy!

I'm serious, as a newbie i have "heard" of this being done lots of times so it must be possible.

That would be cool with me man, that would be really cool with me. An inch can make a HUGE difference.

Realistically I think 9" is my stopping point, although after seeing Beercan's 10" maybe I'll shoot for that. But putting on just shy of 3 inches would probably take at 2-3 years. Possible, but who knows.

w00t. 1 month in and I seem to have added about a 1/4" to my erect length. IT looks like such a small amount on that ruler but when i say it, it really does help motivate.

Haven't really measured flaccid but I know thats improved too.

I'm on target though. If i get that again for the next 5 months I'm gonna be bloody extatic (although i doubt that's humanly possible).

I'm gonna enjoy these newbie gains to the max. Where's my Mrs gone?

Ive got the hang of jlqing now.... Im approaching it kind of like bodybuilding. After every good workout I have I will be sore the next day and take it off...

we'll see if the less is more method pays off by the end of the contest

I'm on target to get at least an inch before the end of the contest.

Girth is just not happening so far. Going to reassess the workout I'm doing this week sometime.

I don't think I've made any forther progress but I've restrained from measuring again until the 2 month mark.

Good question, haven't measured since we started this shindig. Won't measure either until we end in January. I continue with the rub and tug almost DAILY!

dude i started out real well. good strict routine and all. then coaching and school started and i've been unable to do anything consistently. im sticking with it as best i can. in fact, I'm about to get my full workout in tonight for about the first time since late august, so, a few weeks i would say.

i've still been using the stretcher though because its the most i have time for right now. but, tonight, i got it, about to go do it now.

Ok, time for updates guys...

We're just over a third of the way through the contest, I wonder how many peeps have dropped out, or how many have had massive gains.

My update (as shown in my progress log is, at the 2 month mark, 1/3 of competition) I have gained + 6/16" / + 7/16" (just in between the two) BPEL. No gain in Girth and havent really worried about flaccid stuff.

Have now started using a JD for limited time after WJs to try and pack on some width but for now looks like I'm only taking part in the length part of the comp.

Anybody else got any gains to share? Let's try and stay motivated guys!

I have been able to keep on a 5 day a week noob program... has anyone else stayed consistent?

I havent measured from the beginning but I suspect it has been working

jp flow, I've been pretty much like clockwork.

5 Days per week, but changing about rest day frequency as I respond to PI's.

As you probably know i have been measuring as helps me stay determined.

Well, here it is at around 3 months. I am not getting stellar gains but they are coming in. I could see myself getting the 9 x 7 the Madame has requested with 4-5 years of this. This is the COOLEST shit I have ever seen.

Thanks guys. I am SO into this process, I am motivated almost to the point of OCD

I must point out to Newb`s, This is very REAL and when you notice real gains start to happen, it fires you up all the more. However, you MUST stick with a routine that is working for you, and don`t try advanced exercises or more time, before you are ready for it. You will just end up hurting yourself (possibly permanent) and really setting your progress back.

Well It's the 3 month mark for me to the day (although this comp began 3 days later on the 15th).

BPEL: 12/07/08 - 6 3/16
BPEL: 12/10/08 - 6 11/16

I only got that measurement once at maximum EQ but it doesn't matter. That's still 1/2" in my books Woop!

Now my 3 months are over of newbie workout I'm adding some Tunica stretching and squeezes to try and work on the girth side of things.

Stroker, what's your secret to your girth?

I think Strokers secret is; Madame Ace, pulling 5" hg on his shaft. She uses the Stroke's eyes as a gauge. When his eyes start sinking back in his head, she knows it is the right amount of vacuum. *snort*
