| Since I'm doing a 1 day on 1 day light routine I have decided to increase my workload.
150 wet
50 dry
50 V
I have been using the traction device sparingly but I'm gonna have to call them and see if I can order a new strap because the way there's is setup its born to lose and destined to fail.

| Got my light workout in tonight, only got in 25 of each exercise instead of 35 but something is better than nothing.
Had a big mess with my lady tonight, its been going on since 6pm and its still going on.

I've just recently started using the PM as my main source of length gains but do about 4 sets of stretches in all directions before I use it to hopefully maximize my gains (in theory). Just ordered a JD aswell last night and plan to incorporate that into my wet jelt + v jelq routine. No one can tell you exactly what works and what doesn't so I figure doing a mix of everything should lead to results
Can't wait till i'm a little more conditioned, gonna start incorporating hanging into my routine after about the 6 month mark of PE. Keen to see how that helps my length gains

| adz your killing me here. I do both, my question is if you had to choose, absolutely had no other option but to use a PM OR jelq naturally what would you do.

| Workout for the day is done. Felt pretty good today afterwards, felt like I got good work in today.
Tomorrow is a light day and then monday time to increase by 5 jelqs all around.
I gotta order new straps for my traction device. Damn things arent holding like they should so I'm not getting all the stretch that I should be. Goddamnit too, I should have ordered a PM instead of a SizeGenetics. $40 for 2 rubber replacement straps, unreal huh! Where as with the PM I coulda spent the same amount of money, gotten a JD and 3 tubes of Enlargel with extra straps.
Feel like a dummy, should done a tad bit more research. But oh well, you live and you learn.

| Sorry I was beating around the bush LetItGrow I just think you shouldn't settle for just one method rather than both. If I were to pick only one method of PE in the hope of achieve results it would be using the PM. Reason being I want mainly length gains so my opinion is biased

BEG=5.5
Meg=5.1
You can see why I'd take the PM over the hand jelqing. Happy I answered your question

| Well I havent been able to get in full workouts this week because of a TON of stuff going on with everything.
However I will be getting one in today and I have been stretching for at least an hour about everyday thus far. This week I got in I think 2 full workouts and 1 half workout.
Better than nothing but I've been really stretched thin in terms of time and all.
It's August 8th, which means 6 more days until my first official measurement after starting the Betterman plan. On the 14th I will measure and post my results back into my thread at the top and of course write a detailed post down here about how I feel about any results I have seen after a month.
I'm going to measure before I workout of course.
Stoked for a real measurement.
Maybe I'll throw a picture up with it if I see any results, so you guys can take a look and maybe anyone whose losing motivation can get some back.

| Got in my full workout today along with almost 4 hours in my stretcher. Feelin good.
I cheated a little bit and took a measurement today to see whats up. Still happy is all I will say for now.
Someone told me to measure my girth at the base, I did and its about .25 bigger than midshaft, weird huh.
Anyway when I remeasure I will post midshaft and base girth measurements.
Problem is I dont have a base measurement to go off of, either way, so far so good and I'm thinking some may be a little impressed when I post my first official measurement.
Also tomorrow I will be doing my full workout again. Normally I do my fullworkout and then the next day do a smaller scaled down version. Tomorrow however I believe is my increase day so 5 more reps will be added all around.

But looking at it, it's only 20 minutes a day. I have the PM which I wear for a few hours a day and I do my full routine every other day with a scaled back version in between. Really, isn't that hard to keep at it.
I know my current stats have gone up and it's only been a month. I have my official measurement in 3 days and I'm excited but I don't think I'll have any further gains from my last measurement so I'm not expecting to see an increase again.
Either way, I managed to sprain each ankle over a course of two weeks so I haven't been at the gym. I'm going tonight for sure after class, cant run but I'll do legs minus squat, leg press and jump rope. Too much strain on my already surgically repaired ankle which once again, I just hurt for the first time since I had to have surgery almost two years ago and the bitch hurts.

| yeah i didnt go workout. i left my gym clothes at home when i went to my class. nice huh.
anyway, good news, I got my new straps for my traction device so the days of my ding dong slipping out are over.
I'll stretch it for about 2 hours and then do my routine and then jump back into the stretcher for a little while longer.
