Hi

New here, interested in making myself bigger and thicker. Trying out a water based pump at them moment.
Will keep you updated on my progress.

Anyone got any advice on the actual best and quickest method of PE ?

Is it jelqing and stretching, stretching devices or weight hanging?

Hey man Welcome here. I hang with weights. Been averaging about 1/8" gain a month. I developed my own damn hanger. Just get a clamp and a small bungee cord and loop the weights with the bungee cords and hook it to the clamp. I usually hang while Im on the computer.

Welcome to the site. Try the newbie, it will get you conditioned first of all, so you can progress into advanced exercises. I would advise against you trying to hang until you get a feel for this stuff. Nothing is going to be "quick", If you push it, you WILL hurt yourself. It is not unreasonable to expect 1/2 length and 1/8 to 1/4 inch girth increase in 6 months. Some people gain faster than others. Read all you can about the beginners exercises, and make sure you understand what to look for as far as physiological signs your penis gives you, that it is working or not.

That`s a GOOD idea Stud. I might try that. Are you using just the regular cable clamp like for girth exercises?

As was suggested by stroker, go with the newbie routine first to get yourself conditioned. If you injure yourself early on, it'll cause you slower progress. Slow n' steady is the name of the game with PE. Welcome aboard!!

Thanks for all the replys guys

The water pump is going quite well, but the little petechiae blood spots are quite a pain.
Not really had the time to devote to the jelqs etc. Will perhaps try starting them the next time i get a holiday!

It may be wise to try the physical exercises, such as jelqing along with the use of the pump. Jelqing is quite good for maintaining good circulation. FYI
